LTO permanently revokes license of SUV driver who counterflowed on Skyway

The Land Transportation Office has permanently revoked the driver's license of the sport utility vehicle (SUV) driver who counterflowed along the Skyway on Saturday. According to Joseph Morong's Wednesday report on 'Saksi,' the driver admitted to the LTO that he was drunk during the incident. Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon announced the driver's license revocation.
