The British music publication named the group in the NME 100: Essential Emerging Artists for 2025, published online on Wednesday in the UK. The six-piece act was the only K-pop boy band to make the annual list. Describing the band as a 'charismatic Korean group capturing boyhood through nostalgic, feel-good pop,' the article focused on how TWS differentiates itself from its K-pop peers by 'taking a more grounded approach by exploring what it means to be a young man in the modern world.' 'With their earnest, endearing sound … it's only a matter of time before they charm the socks off the rest of the world,' it added. Meanwhile, the band will host its first fan meetup in Seoul on Feb. 14-16.
