The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially announced the AP EAMCET 2025 counselling seat allotment result today on July 22, 2025, after 6:00 PM.
Candidates who appeared for the AP Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) can now check their seat allotment status on the official counselling portal
How to Check AP EAMCET 2025 Seat Allotment Result
To view your allotment details, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website:
Step 2: Click on the 'EAPCET-2025 Admissions' section
Step 3: Enter your EAMCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth
Step 4: Click 'Show' to display your seat allotment status
Step 5: Download and print the seat allotment order and self-joining report
Important: Mandatory Reporting After Seat Allotment
Candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete the self-reporting process online immediately.
Additionally, physical reporting at the allotted college is compulsory between July 23 and July 26, 2025. Failure to report through both modes will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
Overview of AP EAMCET 2025 Counselling Process
The AP EAMCET counselling 2025 began on July 7, 2025, including fee payment, online certificate verification, and option entry for seat preferences. Eligible candidates completed registration, uploaded required documents, and exercised their choices from July 13 to July 18, with a one-day window on July 19 for changing options.
Candidates from special categories such as PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports & Games, Scouts & Guides, and Anglo-Indian attended physical document verification at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada, between July 12 and July 16.
Eligibility and Seat Reservation Details
Candidates must have passed Intermediate or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing a minimum of 45% marks for the general category and 40% for reserved categories (BC/SC/ST).
Only Indian nationals meeting the local/non-local status guidelines ( 20, dated May 12, 2025) are eligible.
85% of seats are reserved for local Andhra Pradesh candidates, with the remaining 15% open to all candidates. Age eligibility requires candidates to be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2025, for B.E./ courses and 17 years for Pharm D.
Candidates should keep these documents ready in original with two photocopy sets during counselling and admission:
• AP EAMCET 2025 Rank Card and Hall Ticket
• Intermediate or equivalent mark sheet
• SSC or equivalent certificate (DOB proof)
• Transfer Certificate
• Study certificates (Class VI to Intermediate)
• EWS certificate (if applicable)
• Residence and local status certificates
• Integrated Community Certificate (BC/SC/ST)
• Income certificate or white ration card (for fee reimbursement)
Processing Fee Details
The counselling fee was ?1200 for OC/BC candidates and ?600 for SC/ST candidates, payable online via debit/credit card or net banking.
