DDA will launch its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 next month, offering 250 flats and garages at prime Delhi locations via e-auction
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 next month. The scheme was approved during a DDA meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on July 11. Under this new scheme, the DDA will offer around 250 residential flats and car/scooter garages at premium locations across Delhi through e-auction.
A senior DDA official said, 'This scheme is another key step towards making Delhi a world-class city, with top-quality urban infrastructure, inclusive housing options, and a balanced environment."
The DDA is already running the Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025, launched on May 27. It offers 25% discount on LIG flats and 15% on EWS, MIG, and HIG flats across 7,500 units. As of June 28, over 850 flats have been sold, including 630 units in Narela alone.
