Borussia Dortmund re-join race for Ardon Jashari
Sacha Tavolieri reports that Borussia Dortmund have quickly re-ignited their interest in Swiss midfielder Ardon Jashari. The Bundesliga outfit was linked with a move for the 22-year-old earlier this summer with Bayer Leverkusen are also showing interest in the Club Brugge professional. Dortmund are set to be flush with cash following the imminent sale of Jamie Gittens to Chelsea. If the reported upon figures prove correct, die Schwarzgelben will swing tier estimated summer transfer balance from -€31.6m to +€33.4m. Advertisement This would enable the Westphalians to make a play for Jashari, who maintains an estimated €32m value. In addition to Leverkusen, Dortmund must fend off Serie A interest for the thrice-capped Swiss international. AC Milan are thought to be in advanced talks to acquire Jasahri. Jashari nevertheless remains a preferred candidate of BVB head coach Niko Kovac. The Germans may still stand a chance in the race for the former Luzern academy man. GGFN | Peter Weis

Revealed: Reason Man United target snubbed Ruben Amorim's side - as £34m-rated rising star 'favours move to Italian giants'
Manchester United are among the clubs to have reportedly been snubbed by Swiss international Ardon Jashari with the rising star expected to move this summer. The Club Brugge midfielder, who has earned two caps to date, is claimed to have attracted interest from multiple clubs across Europe. It follows the 22-year-old being crowned Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year in last season's Belgian Pro League. Jashari played 52 times in all competitions last season, largely as a defensive midfielder, but also chipped in with four goals and six assists. Belgian outlet HLN reported that Man City, West Ham, Atalanta, Bayer Leverkusen, PSG and Napoli are among the clubs to have expressed an interest in Jashari. The midfielder, however, has reportedly turned down interest from Fulham and Man United. Jashari is claimed to have informed Fulham he was aiming higher than a mid-table Premier League side. His rejection of Ruben Amorim's Man United was reportedly due to him considering the club to be unstable following a nightmare season for the club. The Red Devils ended last season in 15th place, their lowest position in the Premier League era, while they were also beaten by Tottenham in the Europa League final. According to HLN, Jashari had initially been keen on a move to Borussia Dortmund before the Bundesliga side opted to sign Jobe Bellingham for £32million. AC Milan are now claimed to be leading the hunt for his signature, with Club Brugge demanding a £34million fee. The Italian giants, who finished eighth in Serie A last season, had previously signed Charles De Ketelaere from Club Brugge for £25million back in 2022.

Man Utd eye £34m midfielder as two Premier League clubs brutally rejected
Club Brugge starlet Ardon Jashari is the subject of strong interest from England and Italian giants AC Milan have now kickstarted the bidding for the Switzerland international Manchester United have held talks with the representatives of Club Brugge midfielder Ardon Jashari. AC Milan are currently leading the race for the highly-coveted 22-year-old after submitting an opening £25.6million offer. Milan's bid is worth a base fee in the region of £21.3m plus around £4.3m in add-ons but Club Brugge are requesting a £34m package (€40m) in order to agree to a sale. Manchester City had also considered a swoop for the Belgian Jupiler Pro League Player of the Year prior to finalising the arrival of Tijjani Reijnders from Milan for £46.3m. United have too, expressed interest in recent weeks but so far, Jashari is yet to have warmed to a move to Old Trafford having also politely rejected advances from both Fulham and West Ham. Ruben Amorim's side are keen to strengthen their midfield ranks as free agent Christian Eriksen will need replacing but they're currently prioritising improving their attacking options and further spending is expected to be dictated by player sales. Fulham had identified Jashari as among their top summer targets but the Swiss international's representatives are understood to have made it clear ahead of the summer window that their client favours a move to a club that can offer Champions League football. Borussia Dortmund were also willing to make a serious play for Jashari if their pursuit of Jobe Bellingham had fallen short while Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have also made checks on the talented midfielder but so far, Milan are the only side to submit a formal proposal. Edu had previously earmarked Jashari as a potential signing for the future during his time in charge of Arsenal when the fresh-faced maestro was playing for FC Luzern in Switzerland. Gunners recruitment staff have continued to follow the player since but so far, it remains to be seen whether they're interested in a swoop this summer even though Arsenal are likely to dip into the market for another midfielder if Thomas Partey departs the Emirates on a free transfer. AC Milan still have work to do in order to get a transfer over the line as Jashari's reps anticipate that other suitors are now poised to enter the fray. The Italian giants have also been targeting Granit Xhaka but so far, a deal with Bayer Leverkusen looks somewhat complex. The Rossoneri are also working on the arrival of Torino's Italy international starlet Samuele Ricci.

AC Milan table transfer bid for Ardon Jashari
AC Milan have reportedly submitted a €30 million offer for Club Brugge midfielder Ardon Jashari, according to Sky Sport Switzerland journalist Sacha Tavolieri. The Serie A club are seeking midfield reinforcements following the departure of Tijjani Reijnders, who recently joined Manchester City. Advertisement Massimiliano Allegri is back at the club as manager and wants quality options in the centre of the pitch to shape his new squad. The 22-year-old Swiss international is a top target for the Rossoneri, who are working hard to wrap up the deal quickly. Jashari was one of the standout players in Belgium last season, winning the Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year awards. Jashari would be a shrewd buy for Milan Jashari contributed four goals and six assists in all competitions for Club Brugge last season. He is known for his calmness on the ball and his ability to break lines with well-placed passes into space for his teammates. Advertisement Jashari excels in pressing players who receive the ball with their backs to goal, often regaining possession with clever positioning. He is more of a smart ball winner than a reckless tackler, which makes him a strong fit for teams who like to keep possession. The midfielder also plays with great focus and demonstrates sharp decision-making under pressure, particularly in tight spaces. However, he tends to lose out in physical aerial battles. Despite this Milan believe his strengths far outweigh his weaknesses. Jashari would bring balance and energy to Allegri's tactical set-up. He could be one of the first big midfield transfers of Milan's summer rebuild.
