Arvind SmartSpaces sets record date for Rs 6 per share final dividend

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited has announced that it has fixed Friday, 25th July, 2025, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share (face value ₹10 each) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The company informed the exchanges that the dividend payment will be made on or after 13th August, 2025, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Friday, 8th August, 2025.
Investors holding shares as of the record date will be entitled to receive the dividend once approved at the AGM.
