Emerging tech startup hub's work delayed as KSUM seeks revised DPR

Thiruvananthapuram: Construction of emerging technology startup hub at Technopark Phase IV in the state capital is set to be delayed. Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) directed architecture consultant Klimart Pvt Ltd to revise the detailed project report (DPR) to incorporate additional project components. While the scope of the project remains unchanged, the revision is expected to postpone the tendering process by at least a month. The revised DPR is likely to be submitted within four weeks, after which the tender for construction will be floated. The original DPR was submitted last month but officials decided to rework it to ensure the project comprehensively addressed the infrastructure needs of emerging technology startups. "The project is a cornerstone of Kerala's vision to nurture next-generation enterprises. We want to ensure that the facility meets future requirements, both in terms of physical infrastructure and strategic direction," said Ashok Kurian Panjikkaran, business head of KSUM. "The revised DPR will help us fine-tune those priorities without altering the fundamental scope," he added. The hub, once completed, will be among the largest startup infrastructure projects in the state. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Поза во сне может многое рассказать о вашем характере!
