UPGET 2025 application window closes tomorrow; here's apply link
Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Uttar Pradesh has postponed the registration window for the UP GNM Entrance Test 2025 (UPGET 2025) till tomorrow, May 29. Eligible candidates can apply for the exam on the official website The entrance exam will be conducted on June 11 and the admit card will be released on June 4, 2025. The exam is conducted for admissions to GNM Course (3 Years) for all Private Institutions/ Colleges affiliated with UP State Medical Faculty running GNM Program. Eligibility Criteria Age Limit: The minimum age limit is 17 years as on December 31, 2025. Educational Qualification: 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognised board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognised by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognised by Central Government. However, Science is preferable. Application Fee Candidates from the Unreserved/Other Backward Classes (UR/OBC) category will have to pay a fee of Rs 3000, whereas SC/ ST/ Persons with Disability category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 2000. Atal University announces nursing test results
Lucknow: Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University on Tuesday announced the results of CNET examinations for BSc (nursing and post basic nursing), and MSc (nursing) held on May 21. Out of 1,17,053 candidates who appeared for BSc Nursing Entrance Test 2025, a total of 71,178 candidates have qualified for counselling. Rehman Husain from Etawah topped the examination followed by Alolika Kundu and Ashutosh Tiwari from Lucknow. An impressive 65% of the top 100 positions were occupied by girls while eight out of top ten positions were bagged by male candidates. Riya Gupta from Jalaun topped in post basic nursing exam while Priyanka Singh from Lucknow scored highest marks in MSc nursing exam. Candidates may check their individual results on the official website of the university through their CNET login. The counselling of CNET 2025 qualified candidates of BSc (nursing) will start from June 2. CNET-2025 sees 96% attendance across UP
Lucknow: The Common Nursing Entrance Test (CNET)-2025 was conducted by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University under the leadership of vice-chancellor Dr Sanjeev Misra. To ensure accessibility, 267 examination centres were set up across 20 cities in the state. This arrangement aimed to reduce travel-related challenges for candidates from various regions. A total of 1.30 lakh candidates registered for CNET-2025, marking an increase from the previous year. The overall attendance was 96.3%, with Nursing at 96.5%, Post Basic Nursing at 94.2%, and Nursing at 92.7%. "The exam process was carried out without any major issues," said state coordinator Dr Lokesh Agarwal.
