Ashish Chanchlani slammed the negative comments aimed at Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan after he won his first-ever National Award for his performance in the film. YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani has strongly criticized the negativity and trolling targeting Shah Rukh Khan's hit movie Jawan. SRK recently won his first-ever National Film Award for Best Actor for his remearkable performance in Jawan. Now, Ashish Chanchlani has voiced his frustration about the 'forced hatred' being spread online regarding the Atlee-directed action thriller. Ashish Chanchlani took to X (formerly Twitter), and wrote that he can't fathom the negativity towards Jawan after Shah Rukh Khan's national-award win. He called it his most favourite Shah Rukh film after Chak De! India. 'Will never understand this forced 'hatred" for #Jawan Its my most fav srk film after chak de It was entertaining and was also beautifully shot," he wrote. Check out his post below! Released in 2023, Jawan received both critical and commercial acclaim. The film, starring Shah Rukh Khan in dual roles as lookalike father and son, broke various box office records and was praised for its action sequences, emotional depth, and strong performances. Directed by Atlee, the film also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Ridhi Dopgra, and others. Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt also had special appearances in the film. It released in theatres on September 7, 2023. Shah Rukh Khan recently secured the Best Actor award at the 71st National Film Awards for his outstanding performance in Jawan. Fans are overjoyed and are celebrating Shah Rukh Khan's win; however, many are confused that the actor won for Jawan when his films like Swades, Chak De India, and My Name Is Khan were snubbed. Despite recovering from an injury, the superstar expressed his gratitude to fans and well-wishers. In a video posted on X, Shah Rukh, wearing a black t-shirt and a beanie with his arm in a sling, thanked fans with a warm smile while. Reports indicate the injury occurred during the filming of his upcoming movie, King. Meanwhile, Jawan director Atlee penned a heartfelt post on Instagram, expressing his joy over SRK's win. Calling himself a 'fanboy' of Shah Rukh Khan, Atlee described Jawan as his 'first love letter' to the superstar and promised many more to come, hinting at future collaborations. Atlee also thanked Gauri Khan, Red Chillies Entertainment, and various team members for their contributions.
