London high society is calling. Season 2 of Apple TV+'s hit regal drama The Buccaneers landed on the streaming platform on June 18. If you've already watched the first episode and are excited for more corsets, scandal and romance, read on for the full release schedule.
Set during the Gilded Age, The Buccaneers follows a group of five wealthy American girls and their experiences navigating England's elite social circles. In the first season, the women – Nan and Jinny St. George, Conchita Closson, and Lizzy and Mabel Elmsworth – made their debutante debuts in search of their future husbands and titles.
However, in Season 2, the Buccaneers are no longer strangers to The Big Smoke. In fact, they now call England home and they're practically running the place. "Nan is the Duchess of Tintagel, the most influential woman in the country. Conchita is Lady Brightlingsea, heroine to a wave of young American heiresses. And Jinny is on every front-page, wanted for the kidnap of her unborn child,' the synopsis reads.
'All of the girls have been forced to grow up and now have to fight to be heard, as they wrestle with romance, lust, jealousy, births and deaths... themes consuming all women of any age, no matter what year it is. Last time we got a taste of England. This time we're in for a veritable feast,' the description continues.
The main cast is reprising their roles for the sophomore installment, including Kristine Froseth, Alisha Boe, Aubri Ibrag, Josie Totah and Imogen Waterhouse. Meanwhile, exciting new additions include Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester, Greg Wise, Jacob Ifan, Grace Ambrose and Maria Almeida.
In the premiere episode, titled 'The Duchess of Tintagel,' Nan's wedding day is fully underway – "until a surprise visit from a ghost from her past threatens to turn everything upside down,' according to the official logline. New episodes of The Buccaneers Season 2 are released on Apple TV+ every Wednesday at 12 a.m. ET (9 p.m. PT on Tuesday evenings).

Season 2 of The Buccaneers consists of eight episodes, matching the episode count of the first season, which premiered on Apple TV+ in November 2023.
