Grace Warrior Is a Summer Princess in the Cutest ‘Fit on an Adventure With Uncle Robert Irwin
Bindi Irwin's daughter Grace Warrior is soaking up the summer sun stateside — and she couldn't look cuter! The 4-year-old was a summer princess on an adventure with her uncle Robert Irwin, and we are obsessed with her new sundress. 'Enjoying a well needed rest with my people,' the wildlife conservationist wrote on Instagram recently. 'And having the realisation that I'm always leaning in photos.' More from SheKnows Elon Musk Claims One of His 14 Children Was the Culprit of His Mysterious Black Eye Robert shared pictures of him galivanting around Disneyland and in Oregon, where his and Bindi's mom Terri Irwin is from. Skip to slide 8 to see his adorable niece. In it, Robert smiles with Grace as they sit on a park ride together. She is absolutely adorable in a colorful floral sundress with high socks and sneakers. A tiny straw hat protects her eyes from the sun and completes the adorable 'fit. She looks royal — even holding one hand up in the air in a wave that would have made Queen Elizabeth proud! Grace is definitely in her princess era right now. Earlier this week, Bindi shared a video on the Australia Zoo YouTube Channel, featuring her, her husband Chandler Powell, and their daughter on a road trip around Australia's east coast. In it, the little girl pretended to be Elsa on a walk to the beach, later insisting she was Ariel from The Little Mermaid. At one point on the road trip, she became princess Jasmine, dancing around her palace. But princesses aren't the toddler's only obsession. Like many kids, she also loves Halloween! Robert shared a video of his niece in March, where the duo performed a Halloween dance together. 'Grace and I came up with a spooky Halloween dance,' he captioned the post. 'We are both aware that Halloween isn't for another 7 months but Grace is in her Halloween era, and I'm here for it 😎' She is a toddler of many interests, and her uncle clearly supports them of SheKnows 19 Celebrity Parents With Trans & Nonbinary Kids 20 of Serena Williams' Most Adorable Motherhood Moments 30+ Baby Names With Ivy League Vibes — No Degree Required

Bindi Irwin's Adorable Road Trip Video Gives a Clue to Daughter Grace's Latest Obsession
There's nothing like a summer road trip! Granted, it's almost winter in Australia, but the concept still applies for Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell. They took their 4-year-old daughter Grace Warrior on a family getaway around Australia's east coast, and their cool family recap hints at her toddler's adorable new obsession. At the beginning of the video on the Australia Zoo's YouTube Channel, Bindi greets the audience, then turns to her daughter and asks, 'And who are you today?' More from SheKnows Drew Scott's New Photo Montage of Daughter Piper Is a Whole Mood Grace responds, 'Elsa!' The little girl looks pretty in pink with a pink floral dress and pink hat as she smiles next to her mom, pretending to be the Disney princess from Frozen. And her mom just goes along with it like a pro. 'It's Bindi and Elsa here,' she continues. 'And we are very excited because we're taking you on our…' 'Road trip!' Grace finishes for her mom. So cute! They start in Byron Bay, where Grace regals her family with a story about snow on the beach. 'Do you know it's actually a snow called beach snow?' Grace says as she walks along a boardwalk. 'Very unique snow, Elsa!' Bindi praises. Then she asks for a jacket, and Grace-as-Elsa pretends to give her one, plus gloves and snow boots. 'The snowman is going with me,' Grace continues later, pretending to hold a little Olaf in her arms. 'I got my Olaf watch, ready to go to the snow!' she says, pointing to a little Olaf sticker on her hand. Her imagination is so big, and we love to see it! When they play in the snow, Grace and her dad draw 'Ariel' in the sand. 'From Elsa to Ariel in two seconds,' Bindi says. It makes sense — you're at the beach, you have to be Ariel from The Little Mermaid! In another part, Grace walks around an outdoor space. Powell knocks on a pretend door, and Grace answers saying, 'I'm Princess Jasmine!' Now, the princess from Aladdin dances around in her pretend palace. Another day, Grace changes into a colorful dress as she walks through a butterfly garden at Coffs Harbour. Grace laughs as a butterfly tickles her nose. 'They're being kind to me,' Grace says in her adorable Aussie accent. Just like a princess to have such a connection to nature. 'We have arrived to Grace's favorite part of the trip so far: laundry!' Powell says in another part of the video, showing a laundry mat. Grace wears the cutest strawberry-print dress as she spins around like the clothes in the washing machine. 'It's my favorite part of the day!' Grace says, as she continues spinning. 'My favorite part of the day is watching how happy you are,' Bindi responds. Same, Bindi! People were loving this wholesome family video. 'A delightful breath of fresh air watching Miss Grace Warrior in her many outfits from prancing in the sand to twirling in the laundromat,' one person commented. 'Love Grace's imagination 💕 She is so adorable and smart. It appears you all had a wonderful time. Enjoyed you letting us come along 😊💖💖' someone else wrote. It makes sense how imaginative Grace is because Bindi was the same way as a kid growing up with parents Terri Irwin and the late Steve Irwin. 'I really found that in my play, I wanted to connect with flora and fauna and every wildlife species that I could possibly imagine,' Bindi previously told SheKnows. 'So if we didn't have an animal at Australia Zoo, I would imagine I was playing with it and create my own little world, which was a lot of fun. You know, I'd be running around with red pandas in the Himalayas in my imagination or elephants on the African savanna. And I think that playtime really encouraged in me that connection with the natural world. It's something I loved the most and it carried on throughout my entire life even today.' 'Those moments of connection with play I still draw upon as an adult, and I think that's really, really special,' she of SheKnows 20 of Serena Williams' Most Adorable Motherhood Moments 30+ Baby Names With Ivy League Vibes — No Degree Required Michelle Obama's Best Mom Quotes — Because We Could All Use a Dose of Her Wisdom

It comes after the Wildlife Warrior had 37 endometriosis lesions and a cyst removed two years ago. Taking to Instagram, Robert shared a photo of himself and Bindi wearing their khaki Australia Zoo uniforms. He wrote, "Happy to see you on the up and up, Bindi. You face every hurdle head on, take it in your stride and inspire us." Bindi commented on the post, "One day at a time. Tremendously grateful for your support. You're the best." She shared a video and a lengthy statement on Instagram, which read: "I am so thankful that I got the help I needed with Dr. Seckin and Dr. Chu at Lenox Hill Hospital. After having a grumbly appendix, I finally had to seek help the day of our Steve Irwin Gala in Las Vegas. "I consulted with Dr. Seckin, and we agreed that if I flew to New York, he could also check for endometriosis again. Surgery was a success. My appendix was removed, along with another 14 lesions (after having 37 endometriosis lesions and a cyst removed two years ago). I also had a repair to a large hernia I acquired through childbirth four years ago." Robert Irwin shares update on his sister Bindi's health after her shock emergency surgery
Robert Irwin has shared an update on his sister Bindi's recent health scare. The conservationist, 26, was rushed to hospital earlier this month with a ruptured appendix, just hours after touching down in Las Vegas for a gala honouring her late father Steve Irwin. Taking to his social media, Robert, 21, said his big sister was well on the mend after undergoing emergency surgery. 'Happy to see you on the up and up, Bindi,' Robert posted on Instagram on Monday. The I'm a Me Out of Here! host also added an affectionate tribute to his sister. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'You face every hurdle head on, take it in your stride and inspire us,' he gushed in praise of his sibling. Robert included a photo of himself posing with Bindi in their trademark Australia Zoo uniforms. Followers posted messages of support to Bindi on Robert's post. 'She's so strong and an amazing role model for women!!' wrote one fan. Another follower commented: 'I'm so happy that you're doing okay! You're such an Inspiration to girls/ women.' 'Really glad to see you healing Bindi,' added a third fan. It comes after Robert told People magazine that soon after the emergency Bindi was recovering in the hospital with their mother Terri by her side. 'She's going to be okay, but surgery - out of all the things we were ready for, that was not one of them,' Robert explained. Bindi and Terri both missed the Steve Irwin charity event as a result of the health emergency. Robert explained that Bindi had been suffering some pain in the lead up to the gala but had tried to soldier on. 'She's going to be okay, but surgery - out of all the things we were ready for, that was not one of them,' Robert explained. 'She came to Las Vegas and was ready to put on a brave face. She said, "I'm just going to tough it out." 'But the surgeon told her, "Your appendix is going. It's got to come out."' Robert, meanwhile, was able to attend the gala on behalf of his family, with the annual event staged to raise money for their organisation Wildlife Warriors. Funds raised from the gala support Wildlife Warriors, the conservation charity Steve and Terri founded in 2002. Steve died in 2006 after being struck by a stingray while filming on the Great Barrier Reef.

'Stranded' Eddie the echidna thought to have swum from Bribie Island's broken tip
An echidna found washed up on the Caloundra foreshore may have swam more than a kilometre from the isolated northern tip of Bribie Island. Locals and wildlife carers believe the animal may have been swept away overnight during a high tide and say it could be "Eddie", a solitary echidna first spotted several weeks ago on the eroding spit of land. Sunshine Coast resident Dave Cairns discovered the echidna at the base of a rock wall near Golden Beach and said it was alive but appeared to be exhausted. "I think it floated across overnight," he said. "It was about a kilometre from where wildlife's been trapped [on the spit]. "With the tide and swell, it could've easily been swept off." Mr Cairns said in all his years living near the passage he had never seen an echidna in that part of Golden Beach. "Never — not once in 30 years," he said. "It's why I reckon it came from the tip [of Bribie]." The echidna is now receiving veterinary care at Australia Zoo's animal hospital, being treated for exposure to salt water. Licensed wildlife carer Sybelle Foxcroft took the creature in and said the echidna was in a humidicrib receiving oxygen. She has previously taken part in a search of the island's tip to locate any animals that were isolated. Ms Foxcroft said she believed it was the same echidna they had been tracking for several weeks. "Looking at footage, his size and condition, it matches what I'd expect if he'd gone without proper food," she said. Where the echidna was found is a densely populated area with apartment buildings and foreshore infrastructure, with little suitable ground for echidnas to burrow or shelter. Dr Kate Dutton-Regester, a wildlife conservationist and lecturer at the University of Queensland, said echidnas were capable swimmers, though it was not often seen. While typically found around freshwater sources, she said echidnas could plausibly travel some distance in salt water, particularly if assisted by currents. Dr Dutton-Regester said the symptoms described were consistent with salt water exposure. She said the echidna could have been swept off the island or may have entered the water voluntarily, but she could not confirm whether it came from the tip of Bribie Island. "We're at the beginning of echidna breeding season," Dr Dutton-Regester said. "If it's a male they often roam more widely in search of a mate." Dr Javier Leon, a coastal erosion expert from the University of the Sunshine Coast, said recent conditions may have already displaced some animals. "We have had a large swell from the east the last two days that might have contributed to further erosion and, potentially, the wash-over of wildlife," he said. He said the area had already been severely damaged following ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred in February and warned it would become uninhabitable for animals. Jen Kettleton-Butler from the Pumicestone Passage Catchment Management Body (PPCMB) also travelled to the tip with a wildlife carer at sunset last week in an effort to locate Eddie, but they were unable to find the animal. Animals including goannas, lizards, snakes and small marsupials have recently been observed on the isolated section. Ms Kettleton-Butler said the spit, cut off by two tidal breakthroughs, now measured about 30-40 metres wide and 300-400 metres long and appeared to be shrinking with every high tide. When first contacted the Department of Environment said it had not seen any evidence of worsening impacts on wildlife at the northern tip of Bribie Island that would justify intervention. The statement said the animals in the area were considered to be adapted to rapidly changing coastal conditions. The department has been approached for further comment following the discovery of the echidna at Golden Beach. Deputy Premier Jarrod Bleijie previously said he would request expert coastal engineers to urgently investigate the erosion and assess potential risks to wildlife.
