B.R.Goyal Infra gains on bagging Rs 48-cr order from NHAI

Infrastructure rallied 3.44% to Rs 175.90 after the company announced that it has received a work order worth Rs 47.83 crore from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). According to an exchange filing, NHAI has awarded the company a contract for the engagement of a user fee collection agency through competitive bidding via e-tender. The contract covers toll collection at the Khambara Fee Plaza (Design Km 71.050) on the Nagpur Seoni-Betul section in Maharashtra. It also includes the maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. The contract is valued at Rs 47,83,44,545 and is scheduled to be executed over a period of one year. The company further clarified that its promoters, promoter group, or group companies have no interest in the awarding authority, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions. Infrastructure is engaged in constructing infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, and buildings. On a full-year basis, the company's consolidated net profit increased 15.1% to Rs 25.18 crore on a 13.4% drop in net sales to Rs 509.80 crore in FY25 over FY24.

B.R. Goyal Infrastructure Ltd share price opened at ₹ 173.90 on the BSE on Wednesday. The B.R. Goyal Infrastructure share price at the time of opening was more than 2% higher compared to the previous day's closing price of ₹ 170.05. The B.R. Goyal Infrastructure share price thereafter gained further to the intraday high of ₹ 177, which translated into intraday gains of more than 4% for the Small-cap stock B.R. B.R.Goyal Infra surges on securing Rs 64-cr sewerage system contract in Tamil Nadu

Infrastructure jumped 7.27% to Rs 132 after the company announced that it has secured a Rs 63.98 crore contract from Kevadiya Construction for the development of underground sewerage systems in Tamil Nadu. The project entails the construction of underground sewerage systems for the left-out and newly added areas in TheniAllinagaram Municipality and Mayiladuthurai Municipality. The work falls under the Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project (TNURDP) 20232024 and the Project Development Grant Fund (PDGF) under KfW 202324. The total contract value is Rs 63.98 crore, and execution is scheduled over a period of 24 months. Brij Kishore Goyal, chairman & managing director, said, We are proud to announce that BRG Infra has further diversified its portfolio by entering the critical segment of underground sewerage system construction. The projects not only represent a significant financial milestone but also underscore our contribution toward improving urban sanitation standards in Theni-Allinagaram Municipality and Mayiladuthurai Municipality.
