Debenhams watch that 'resembles Rolex' drops from £600 to £86 in sale

While some people may have a variety of watches in their collection that they can pick and choose from depending on the occasion, it is important for a person to have at least one versatile watch that can seamlessly work for both casual and formal events.
While shoppers will want to make sure they make the right choice when they purchase their go-to timepiece, this doesn't mean you will have to break the bank to do so. Having a look through watch sales is always a good starting point as shoppers may be able to find their perfect watch for a decent price.
Debenhams currently has one such item. The major retailer is currently selling the STÜHRLING Original Monaco Chronograph with Tachymeter Quartz 44mm Watch for a reduced price after a massive 86 per cent price slash.
Normally retailing for £600, shoppers can now snap it up for £86.25. Described as combining style and functionality, this Monaco timepiece features a 44mm stainless steel case which is both durable and comfortable to wear.
Along with a polished bezel for a refined look, the watch also features baton hands and index markers with luminous fill to help with reading in poor lighting.
Along with a date display, this chronograph watch also features 24-hour subdials that are powered by a Japanese VR32 movement. To protect the dial so it can continue to keep accurate time, the watch boasts a scratch-resistant Mineral crystal and a water resistance for 50m for added durability.

For those who enjoy the chronograph design, Beaverbrooks has also slashed the price of the BOSS Exclusive Limited Edition Troper 44mm Men's Watch. Normally retailing for £249, shopper can now snap up the black dial and silver stainless steel edition of the timepiece for £169.
Back to the Monaco watch, it currently boasts 4.7 star rating on the Debenhams website, as well as a variety of positive reviews over on the Stuhrling website.
One happy shopper said: "This watch feels, looks and operates perfectly. It has a solid, hefty feel, operates beautifully and looks amazing. The detail is impeccable. On top of that it's a fraction of what you think it would cost. It's my first Stuhrling watch…and I will be buying many more."

However, not everyone was fully impressed by the watch. One shopper noted: "Very nice! Quality is "a tad" less than I had hoped for, but it is pretty."

Averaging a near perfect 4.9 rating, one shopper praised: "I have this dress and wore it for the first time today. Went out to lunch and a number of people stopped me to say how nice my dress was. I can't remember the last time that happened."
A second admiring shopper wrote: "Absolutely stunning so feminine, floaty got quite a few compliments. It will be going to Greece with me this year."
While another added: "Everything about this watch is outstanding... except for the fact that at times, the white arms are difficult to see against the silver face. So at times, if you're looking to read the time quickly, you can't."
Despite this, one top reviewer wrote: "I am very impressed with the weight, quality and movement of the watch. I have a few watches and I bought this due to the discount not expecting much. Totally exceeded my expectations. Just going back on line to have another look on their website."
While a further shopper praised: "This watch is amazing. I love the way it looks and fits with formal and casual outfits. Its elegant and sophisticated style is admired by everyone who look at it."
