BRAVE CF 93 electrifies Zhengzhou
BRAVE Combat Federation made a triumphant return to China on April 18 with BRAVE CF 93, held in the dynamic city of Zhengzhou, in association with Chinese partner Youde Fighting Ultimate (YFU). Taking place alongside YFU 83, the fight night brought together elite MMA talent from China, Georgia, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Nepal, Tajikistan, Iran, and Bulgaria in a truly international showdown. Following the success of BRAVE CF 84 in 2024, the promotion doubled down on its commitment to growing the sport in Asia. With events now hosted in 35 countries, BRAVE CF continues to cement its status as the most globally active MMA organization in history. In the main event, Georgia's Rauli Tutarauli battled Kazakhstan's Olzhas Eskaraev in a crucial lightweight matchup. Eskaraev started strong, using his wrestling to dominate the opening round, but Tutarauli adjusted brilliantly, hurting his opponent in the clinch and standing exchanges, then capitalizing with takedowns of his own. After three competitive rounds, Tutarauli was awarded a unanimous decision victory (29-28) by all the judges, positioning himself for a potential rematch with BRAVE CF lightweight champion Abdisalam Kubanychbek. The co-main event featured Tajikistan's Khurshed Nazarov, who delivered one of the most emphatic knockouts in BRAVE CF history. He dropped Keremuaili Maimaitituoheti with a perfectly-timed right hook just 17 seconds into the first round, silencing the hometown crowd and adding another highlight to his growing resume. South Africa's Luthando 'Shorty' Biko overwhelmed China's Jinbo Zou, securing a second-round TKO via elbows from top control. Meanwhile, Rauan Bekbolat stopped Zequiduoji with a devastating liver shot just 1:24 into their contest. One of the most talked-about moments of the night came from Rabindra Dhant, who improved to 8-1 with a brutal ground-andpound stoppage over Eqiyuebu. Other standout performances included Davit Lortqipanidze, Juba Beridza, and Fayang Wan, all scoring dominant unanimous decision wins against their respective opponents. In total, four fights went the distance, while four ended via finishes, three of which came in Round 1, showcasing the high-caliber intensity BRAVE CF brings to every card.

BRAVE CF unveils main and co-main events for BRAVE CF 93
The most global MMA organization in the world, BRAVE Combat Federation, has revealed the main event and co-main event for BRAVE CF 93, scheduled to take place on April 18 in Zhengzhou, China. In the headliner of the event, which kickstarts 'The Year of the BRAVE,' former Lightweight title challenger and Georgia's Raul Tutarauli will take on former Interim title challenger Olzhas Eskaraev in what is bound to be a high-stakes showdown in the Lightweight division. Raul previously challenged reigning champion Abdisalam Kubanychbek for the Lightweight title at BRAVE CF 87 last year but fell short, suffering a close decision loss. Following that, he returned to the regional circuit and secured a firstround submission victory. Now, the Georgian aims to rebuild his path to a rematch with the champion by taking on another top contender in the division. Meanwhile, Olzhas Eskaraev is on a two-fight winning streak. After falling short against Abdisalam Kubanychbek in the interim title fight at BRAVE CF 59, Eskaraev has been working his way back toward another title shot. In his last outing, he defeated Chinese superstar Zehao Zhang at BRAVE CF 84. Now, as he returns to China for another showdown, Eskaraev looks to solidify his case for a title fight against Abdisalam. In the co-main event, Chinese superstar Jiniushiyue will take on Tajikistani wrestling phenom Khurshed Nazarov. Nazarov, who suffered his first career loss against current BRAVE CF Bantamweight champion Nicholas Hwende, is determined to bounce back and make his mark in the Bantamweight division. Jiniushiyue shares a similar motivation, as he looks to end a two-fight winless streak that followed an impressive seven-fight winning run spanning two years. BRAVE CF 93 will mark BRAVE Combat Federation's return to China after its debut event, BRAVE CF 84, in 2024. The event, held in association with YFU, will be the first of the 2025 calendar for BRAVE Combat Federation, following a record-breaking 2024.
