New civil and judicial magistrate court building inaugurated at Ambernath by deputy CM Eknath Shinde
Thane: A new civil court and judicial magistrate first class court building in the Chikhloli area of Ambernath, within the Kalyan Lok Sabha constituency, was inaugurated on Saturday by Maharashtra's deputy chief minister

For several years, citizens and local representatives were demanding the establishment of a court in Ambernath. On Saturday, that long-standing demand finally took shape with the inauguration of this court in the city.
Shiv Sena's Ambernath MLA Dr Balaji Kinikar consistently followed up on the proposal, and his efforts were acknowledged during the event. Known for its MIDC industrial area and ancient Shiva temple, Ambernath now marks another milestone in its development with this modern court facility.

Deputy CM Shinde noted that new courts were recently started in Mira-Bhayandar, Thane, and Ambernath, and expressed confidence that these institutions will help speed up judicial processes and ensure timely justice for citizens. He further stated that strengthening, empowering, and accelerating the judicial system is a govt priority, and all necessary measures will be implemented to make judicial processes more efficient.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Bombay High Court Justices Girish Kulkarni, Shriram Modak, and Manjusha Deshpande.
