Horoscope for Wednesday, July 16th, 2025
The day is bursting with energy and enthusiasm, which should help put the wind back in our sails after a very slow start to the week. If we were unable to get much accomplished over the past two days, today will enable us to get over the hump. At the same time, we'll need to be mindful of starting new projects now since the Mercury retrograde, which begins on Friday, will require us to review or revise what we're already working on. Using the day to further or finalize projects that are currently underway will be the best use of our time. ARIES (March 21 to April 19) Spend time on a project or an activity that helps reignite your spark. You can achieve just about anything once your fire is lit. TAURUS (April 20 to May 20) Take time to rest, regroup and daydream. You'll emerge from it feeling more inspired than you do now. GEMINI (May 21 to June 20) Banding together with others for the sake of a humanitarian or charitable cause can make a difference. CANCER (June 21 to July 22) Before you rush into your next goal or project, stop and acknowledge how far you've already come. Savour the moment! LEO (July 23 to Aug. 22) Outside-the-box thinking and a willingness to work with others will remove any obstacles that may be stuck in your way. VIRGO (Aug. 23 to Sept. 22) It's an ideal day for working on a job or an assignment that requires you to get rid of stuff that's no longer needed or useful. LIBRA (Sept. 23 to Oct. 22) Be confident in exercising your boundaries. Your honesty will be appreciated. SCORPIO (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21) As you work to keep up with your busy schedule, don't neglect your self-care. SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21) Today can be useful for fleshing out a creative idea. Think of ways you can bring this idea to fruition. CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 to Jan. 19) Use the day for resolving or handling a home- or family-related issue. AQUARIUS (Jan. 20 to Feb. 18) You may be the voice of reason or authority today. Take the lead and share what you know. PISCES (Feb. 19 to March 20) It may be time to get real or proactive about a money matter. FOR TODAY'S BIRTHDAY You are not afraid to think big. You view life as a series of infinite possibilities, and no matter which one you choose, you always trust that you'll land in the right place. You're generous to a fault, and you believe in the power of kindness and compassion. Others can learn a lot from you because you have such a deep well of wisdom at your disposal. You also inspire people through your optimistic outlook. This year, you can make an impact on the world with your leadership, whether you're volunteering or in a paid role. BIRTHDATE OF: Will Ferrell, actor/producer; Barry Sanders, Pro Football Hall of Famer; Corey Feldman, actor/musician.

Prayers Pouring In For Deion Sanders After Latest Health Post
Prayers Pouring In For Deion Sanders After Latest Health Post originally appeared on The Spun. Colorado head coach Deion Sanders has been privately battling back from some serious health issues for a while now and offered a new update on Saturday. Advertisement On Saturday, Sanders shared a new photo alongside his son Deion Jr. declaring that he's "coming to a stadium sold out soon." He thanked Deion Jr. for being there alongside him for his health journey. "#Every little step I take My son @deionsandersjr has been there so we've decided to keep on stepping! #CoachPrime coming to a stadium sold out soon," Sanders wrote on Instagram. The post comes just a couple of days after he announced that he's getting "one step closer everyday." "1 step closer Everyday, I'm Walking it out! Our Team is working their butts off therefore I've got to match that (fire) they have!" he wrote on Thursday. Advertisement The positive health updates have led to an outpouring of support and prayers for Coach Prime's continued recovery: "Thinking about you brother," NFL legend Barry Sanders wrote on Instagram. "Praying for you Coach!" another user wrote. "We are with you Coach!!!!! Love you," wrote a third. "Praying for you brother🙏🏾❤️🔥," Terry Crews wrote. "You know we need you prime. Get well ❤️soon!" Coach Prime is such a blessing from God!!" Advertisement "(Love) my brother in Christ! Continued Prayers for God's healing Grace -Jesus." It's still not entirely clear what the health issue Sanders has been battling is. The entire Sanders family has agreed to stay quiet on the matter as the Hall of Famer heals. But between the weighted vest he's been wearing and his well-documented medical history, it wouldn't be a big shock if it has something to do with foot or leg issues. Back in 2021, Sanders famously had to get two toes removed and nearly lost his entire foot due to blood clots. We hope that Coach Prime continues recovering on his own timetable and can't wait to see him on a college football sideline this season.
