Ashley Tisdale Shares Daughter's Reaction to High School Musical

Ashley Tisdale's daughter Jupiter has some fabulous requests.
After all, the 4-year-old has learned from the best: her mom's High School Musical character, Sharpay Evans. The 'Be Good To Me' singer recently shared that Jupiter—whom she shares with husband Christopher French—will 'not stop' watching the Disney film after she saw her cousin play her mom's former role in a play.
'When she's seen the [original] movie in the past, she never really cared about it,' Ashley, 39, said in a May 13 TikTok video. 'But I think seeing my niece in the play has just changed her. She had to watch all three movies. She will not stop listening to the music. When I'm on walks with her, she asks for me to play it.'

Though her daughter is a fan of the entire franchise, she has a soft spot for High School Musical 2. In fact, Jupiter's favorite song is Sharpay's duet with brother Ryan Evans (played by Lucas Gabriel) in the second movie, 'HUMUHUMUNUKUNUKUAPUA'A'—although, Ashley isn't a huge fan of the Tiki-inspired hit.
'I hate that song, but I'm having to listen to it over and over,' she joked. 'Also, she screams out in public, 'I'm Sharpay's baby!' I literally can't.'
Jupiter's newfound love for the musical film doesn't stop there, as Ashley—also mom to 11-month-old son Emerson—revealed her daughter sings 'We're All in This Together' when they're shopping in the store together. And while she occasionally gets 'embarrassed' by the moment, she also finds it endearing.
'It's really sweet,' she continued, 'but after a good week straight of listening to the music again, it's like, 'Okay…we're good. We don't need to watch this again.'
Jupiter's latest reaction to High School Musical is just as hilarious as her first watch over a year ago, where she believed that Troy Bolton (portrayed by Zac Efron) was her dad.
'She's like, 'Daddy!' I was like, 'No, no, no,'' Ashley recalled in the Jan. 15 episode of the Breaking Beauty podcast, before sharing what made her daughter believe she had familial ties to Zac. 'Just because they have dark hair.'
