A guided journal because it takes just a few minutes in the morning and night to complete. Each day, you fill out the prompts, which include gratitude lists, intention setting, and recalling the great things that happened that day. If you're going through a transitory time and need extra love, this will be the perfect tool to help you along. Promising review: "Well-made, nice aesthetic, and useful journal. There's plenty of room to write, and it's a nice size." —KTPrice: $10.99 A bottle of Being Frenshe scent mist that I swear by for This works well for anyone who likes one-and-done products, as this can act as a body, hair, or even linen mist. Plus, all of Being Frenshe's products contain a mood-boosting scent technology, meaning it'll help you relax while you waft in your new fave scent. Promising review: "I saw this brand pop up overnight at my Target, and they had a whole display set up, so obviously I immediately fell for the clean beauty/minimal aesthetic trap. I bought this on a whim, and the scent is AMAZING. I've been using it as a cue for relaxation and mindfulness, so anytime I sit down to do my embroidery, I spray a little on the couch and myself to get in a good headspace. This is the only product of this brand I've tried, but I'm very curious about the rest, so I'll be going back for more!" —saratxPrice: $14.99 A Tree Hut coco colada shea sugar body scrub because I've never experienced skin so soft at such an affordable price. Seriously, these sugar granules are amazing at buffing away dead skin, and they work just as well as the expensive stuff! If you want to add something to your bathroom that you'll actually use during self-care days (not just store as fancy bathroom decor), then this is it. Promising review: "Leaves my skin silky soft and smooth! The scent is light and warm without being overpowering. Looking forward to trying their other scents." —DeePrice: $9.99 A weighted sleep mask set that'll let you rest your tired eyes. This helps to block out light while feeling super plush and soft against your delicate eye area. Promising review: "Best sleeping mask. Other brands have packs of three, so the price is better for the pack of six, and I need all of them for each month" —KimKimcheePrice: $14.99 A single-serve blender because there's no better way to kickstart a new meal plan than with a machine that makes yummy veggie-filled smoothies. According to Johns Hopkins, you may want to avoid diffusing oils around larger groups and young children because of the side effects of different oils. But, it's really just a great little happy for your tea mug, and we all need that!" —MemePrice: $6.74 A TheraBreath icy mint mouthwash that is basically like an eraser for morning breath, post-lunch ~aromas~, or anything else that might make your breath smell less than fresh. This works instantly to help combat odor-causing bacteria, balance pH, *and* keep your breath fresh for up to 12 hours. The best part? There's no alcohol, so it's nonburning! Promising review: "I honestly think this is my first review ever on Target's site, but babeee, this mouthwash is worth the thumb energy! Hands-down best mouthwash I've ever used. It could handle at least two garments before running out of water. All we needed to add was a plug adapter. Never missed our old travel iron. I'm buying another as a gift." —LCPrice: $41.99 A travel-friendly Quip electric toothbrush to keep your mouth clean and your breath minty fresh mid-flight. Promising review: "This thing is amazing. High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale 'feels weird' about turning 40

Ashley Tisdale "feels weird" about turning 40. The 39-year-old actress - who has daughters Jupiter, four, as well as eight-month-old Emerson with her husband Christopher French - will celebrate her milestone birthday in July but doesn't really have any huge plans to mark the occasion other than a simple dinner with her family and friends. Speaking on 'The View', she said: "It does feel weird, I don't feel 40 and I get told I don't look 40 so I feel like it's just a number. I'm just gonna do something really small. I had a baby eight months ago, Emerson, and I had a baby shower that was this big kind of party so I feel like I already did that. So I'm just doing dinner with my family and friends, making it small." The 'Phineas and Ferb' star initially found fame when she was cast as Maddie Fitzpatrick on the Disney Channel series 'The Suite Life of Zack and Cody' and then found further recognition as Sharpay Evans in the network's 'High School Musical' franchise alongside Zac Efron but joked that by the time her success came about she "wanted to retire" because she had been chipping away at it for so long. Ashley - who launched the wellness brand Being Frenshe in 2022 - said: "At 18, I wanted to retire from acting because I'd done it since I was three! It was one of those things where I'd always followed my intuition, and it's kind of cool to be in this stage of my life where I'm older. With Frenshe, COVID had happened and I really wanted to connect with people and talk about my journey there and talk about my mental health and my journey there. It wasn't like anyone was telling me to do it, I didn't have a manager or agent telling me 'Hey, you should do this now...' It was just like me wanting to do it." When asked about the enduring popularity of her 'High School Musical' alter-ego - who appeared in all three films within the trilogy and then in her spin-off TV movie 'Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure' - Asley admitted that it is "wild" to see the longevity but ultimately puts that down to the fans of the musical series. She said: "Literally, she's always referenced in popular culture still today, which is so wild, but she's an icon and she's very popular obviously but I think that it's such a fun movie and it's a comfort for everyone to go back to it. The fans are what made that."

Why Ashley Tisdale Hasn't Shown Episodes of 'Phineas and Ferb' to Her 4-Year-Old Daughter Jupiter Yet (Exclusive)

Ashley Tisdale is opening up about why her 4-year-old daughter hasn't watched Phineas and Ferb yet PEOPLE caught up with the actress, singer and Being Frenshe founder at the Bush's Bluey Baked Beans launch event at CAMP in New York City on May 14 Of the upcoming Phineas and Ferb reboot, Tisdale says, "The new episodes are amazing, and I'm so excited because my character finally has aged a little bit"Ashley Tisdale's daughter hasn't gotten to know Candace Flynn yet. Ahead of the upcoming Phineas and Ferb reboot, the actress, singer and Being Frenshe founder is opening up about why her 4-year-old daughter Jupiter hasn't seen the beloved Disney Channel animated series — on which Tisdale plays Candace, the titular characters' disapproving older sister. "I haven't [watched the show with Jupiter]. I mean, she's seen [the characters] Phineas and Ferb," Tisdale, 39, tells PEOPLE at the Bush's Bluey Baked Beans launch event at CAMP in New York City on May 14. "It might be a little bit more for older age range," she adds of Phineas and Ferb. "She knows that I'm on it, and she has seen that, but I haven't shown her the new episodes." While Jupiter hasn't sat down for an official Phineas and Ferb viewing, she's had a behind-the-scenes look at the show, as Tisdale brought her to a recording session last year and documented the experience on Instagram. About 10 years after the series originally concluded in June 2015, Phineas and Ferb is coming back for its fifth season on June 5 and will air on both Disney Channel and Disney XD plus stream on Disney+ the next day. "The new episodes are amazing, and I'm so excited because my character finally has aged a little bit," explains Tisdale. "She's 16, and so I really can't wait for everybody to see it. It's one of those things where [creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff 'Swampy' Marsh] did not go far from the DNA of it, which is so great." The "He Said She Said" performer attended the Bush's Bluey Baked Beans event, where fans got to meet Bluey, the Australian cartoon dog from the animated series of the same name, and walk through a full-size replica of her home. is now available in the Apple App Store! Download it now for the most binge-worthy celeb content, exclusive video clips, astrology updates and more! Tisdale and husband Christopher French, who share Jupiter and daughter Emerson, are frequent Bluey viewers. "We really sometimes push it on them. We're like, 'We should watch Bluey today," she says. "Emerson is only 8 months [old], so she has yet to [watch Bluey]. She sees a little bit of it, but for sure Jupiter is a fan, and 100% me and my husband are fans." One of her favorite parts of the show is that each episode has a "deep meaning." She adds, "The parents are so great at exploring imagination and creativity with Bluey and Bingo, and it's just a feel-good show... I love it." Through the collaboration, fans can find special Bush's Baked Beans cans featuring the characters of Bluey — which Tisdale anticipates will excite Jupiter. "It's really hard when you have a picky eater," she details. "When they like something, you tend to stick with it, and so she's always been a humongous beans fan, and if Bluey's on it, she has to have it, so it's helpful." Read the original article on People

A Rubbermaid power scrubber so you can get out all the nasty grime that has built up in your grout without putting in too much heavy lifting or bending. Target Promising review:"This product is a miracle worker! I finally got all of the hard-to-reach grout in the shower. It also made cleaning just a little more fun." — Abc123 Price: $19.99 2. A nourishing body serum wash infused with the delicate scent of rose, jasmine petals, and creamy sandalwood. It will also leave your skin feeling silky smooth due to its blend of active ingredients like monoi oil, cupuaçu butter, kukui oil, ascorbyl glucoside, and niacinamide. 3. A string of pretty bistro lights for adding a cozy glow to your outdoor space while you're enjoying s'mores and a bonfire this winter with your neighbors. Target Promising review:"These lights are amazing for the price. I bought these in the summer of 2022. I left them up all winter in northern Minnesota, where it's -40 degrees most of the time, and I just plugged them in, and not one bulb is out. Plus, they're cute, and I love that they're real glass." — JessMu 4. A bottle of Being Frenshe scent mist for anyone who loves an all-in-one product. This stuff will have your hair, body, and even linens smelling absolutely wonderful! Plus, all of Being Frenshe's products contain a mood-boosting scent technology, meaning it'll help you relax as you waft in your new fave scent. Target Watch a person rave about this scent on TikTok here, and read more about aromatherapy and stress and tension at Johns Hopkins. Promising review:"I saw this brand pop up overnight at my Target, and they had a whole display set up, so obviously, I immediately fell for the clean beauty/minimal aesthetic trap. I bought this on a whim, and the scent is AMAZING. I've been using it as a cue for relaxation and mindfulness, so anytime I sit down to do my embroidery I spray a little on the couch and myself to get in a good headspace. This is the only product of this brand I've tried, but I'm very curious about the rest, so I'll be going back for more!" — saratx Price: $14.99 5. A retro-looking portable Bluetooth speaker that also tunes into AM/FM radio if you love a vintage aesthetic but still want the sound quality modern tech can offer. Target Promising review: "I own one and liked it so much, I purchased one as a Christmas present. It's aesthetically pleasing but also functional. It has a great sound and is portable. I use it in my kitchen and on my deck. Very happy with this vintage-looking item." — L2West Price: $39.99 6. A Bissell wet-dry vacuum that low-key is going to be your savior the next time you're enjoying your nightly glass of red wine and have a lil' spill. This will suck everything right up in seconds. If that weren't enough, it also mops. Target Promising review:"This thing ROCKS if you have dirty dogs running around your house! My dog loves running outside and tracking muddy paw prints, fur, dirt, and dust everywhere — and my gray floors show everything. With this, I just run it over my floors, and it gets the job done in half the time. I'm not sure how well it works on carpet, but for tile and hardwood, it's the MVP! It's super easy to use and just as easy to clean afterward. Fingers crossed it stays this great!" — Caroline 7. A Keurig coffee maker with an iced coffee setting, so you can enjoy your morning cuppa at home rather than spending money at a cafe. Plus, you can also make cider, hot chocolate, tea, and lots of other yummy warm drinks. Target Promising review:"Love the single serve, but now with a holding tank for extra water. Love the color white, very sleek and modern look for the kitchen. This is my third Keurig, and I would purchase again if needed." — DeeCan64 8.
