Aguila and Hamad praise 'Belgasem Haftar's achievements'
Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR) Aguila Saleh and the head of the parallel government Osama Hamad have praised the efforts of Belgasem Haftar, head of the Reconstruction and Development Fund, during a recent meeting.
They highlighted the Fund's contributions to Libya's reconstruction efforts, describing its achievements as unprecedented.
According to them, the Fund has played a significant role in creating job opportunities and driving a major urban development surge across numerous Libyan cities and regions.
