Wellsville volleyball standout headed to college level
WELLSVILLE, Ohio (WKBN) — Wellsville senior Bella Poppelriter will continue her academic and athletic career at Bethany College.
Poppelriter, a standout volleyball player for the Tigers, amassed over 1,000 assists and digs throughout her high school career.
She has helped lead Wellsville to two EOAC Championships, three OVAC Championships, and two OHSAA regional tournament runs.
Popperiter is a two-time First Team All-District selection, a three-time First Team All-OVAC award winner and was twice named All-EOAC.
She will join the Bethany volleyball program and intends to major in chemistry. Bethany is a Division III NCAA program that competes in the Presidents' Athletic Conference.
