Fire destroys shops, houses in Telupid

The blaze also consumed a 13-door block of rented non-permanent houses and a semi-permanent house, all of which were completely burnt. Advertisement Beluran Fire and Rescue Station deployed eight personnel, assisted by three from Ranau, to bring the fire under control within 11 minutes of arrival. No casualties were reported, and water was sourced from a nearby hydrant to support the firefighting effort. Beluran man missing after walk home from mother's village

Beluran Fire and Rescue Station chief Edoen Macheal said they were alerted by the Beluran Police Station at 10.19am on Wednesday. Initial investigations revealed the man, identified as Mansius Yahsu, was last seen walking home after visiting his mother in Kampung Sinaputan, Tagas-Tagas area. His disappearance was only noticed when his younger sibling informed authorities that he had not returned as usual.
