The plot of the film revolves around a simple taxi driver called Benjamin, aka Benz. Who has a wife, son and a daughter. Ben Z is a simple man who is really attached to his car, so-much os that he doesn't let anyone else also drive it.
However, one day his car crashes, he gives it to a mechanic for repair, who further uses his car for wrong purposes, landing Benz in trouble with the police. After a lot of trouble, Ben Z gets his car back from the police. In a turn of events, his son goes absconding, after searching for him tirelessly, he finally goes to the police to file his son's missing persons complaint. However, what happens next is totally unexpected.
What happens next? Where does his son go? All of this comes with a lot of unexpected twists and turns as the story unfolds.
Released in April, this film did exceptionally well both commercially and critically. Made on a budget of Rs. 90 crores, this film collected ₹121.2 crore in India nd ₹234.5 crore globally. The film also features a star-studded cast with Mohanlal in the lead, along with other stars like Shobhana, Prakash Verma, Maniyampilla Raju, and Bharathiraja.
