Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office launches new anonymous tip system
BERNALILLO COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) –The Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office has launched a new anonymous tip system that community members can use to share crime-related information with law enforcement.

The system is called tip411 and can be accessed through the free BernalilloCo Sheriff app available for download on the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store. People can also use tip411 on the BSCO website by clicking 'Submit A Tip' or by texting the keyword BCSO along with the tip information to 847411 (tip411).
'We know that the community plays a vital role in keeping Bernalillo County safe,' said Sheriff John Allen in a news release. 'tip411 gives our residents a completely anonymous way to report crime, which will allow us to respond faster, solve cases more effectively, and continue building trust with the public.'
