After graduation, he started as a team member in the hotel's culinary team in January this year. Guided by Chef De Partie Le Dinh Nguyen Anh, himself a former STREETS trainee, Minh's strong work ethic stood out, and he successfully joined the hotel as a full-time Commis Chef within two months.
