Madhya Pradesh gangrape victim's intestines were protruding, postmortem reveals
The postmortem report of the Madhya Pradesh tribal woman, who was gangraped by two men, revealed extreme brutality inflicted on the victim with her intestine protruding and injuries to her genitals. The 45-year-old woman died of grievous injuries and excessive bleeding after being gangraped by two men she knew to the postmortem report, accessed exclusively by India Today TV, the woman was brutally assaulted and died due to excessive bleeding. "Her intestines had come out, while the uterus remained unharmed. However, there were genital injury marks," Dr Seema Sood, head of postmortem investigation and forensic expert, horrific incident took place in Khandwa district on Friday night when the woman went to the house of the accused, Hari Palvi (35), after attending a wedding where they were joined by Sunil Dhurve (26).
The three of them got drunk, following which the two men gang-raped mother discovered the woman in an injured state the next morning, following which she informed the woman's family. Later, the woman told her family members that she was sexually assaulted by both Sunil and Hari. She started excessively bleeding following the sexual assault and reportedly died due to Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Rajesh Raghuvanshi had said that prima facie, it appears that the woman was severely assaulted, and she bled to to police, the woman had two children, and she and the accused belonged to the Kurku tribal community. She died around 2 pm on Saturday, following which the police were the accused have been booked on charges of gangrape and murder under sections 103(1), 66 and 70(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya to the incident, the Congress said that Madhya Pradesh was turning into the country's "rape capital" and said that Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had failed to handle the responsibility of law and order as the Home Minister. The grand old party also demanded that a fast track court should be set up for the case so that the guilty can be given the harshest punishment.(With inputs from Jai Nagra.)Trending Reel
