Economic Development Council announces details on the 2025 Big Table Peoria event
PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) — The Greater Peoria Economic Development Council announced details for the 2025 Big Table Greater Peoria event.
This year's theme will be 'innovation as a regional growth strategy'. Expert in entrepreneurship Victor Hwang was announced as the 2025 keynote speaker.
Greater Peoria Economic Development Council CEO Chris Setti said the 2025 Big Table will feature community-driven discussion sessions that will directly shape the future of central Illinois.
'In 2019. The first time we did this, one of the big topics of conversation was startups and innovation. And here we are six years later in a facility that is the region's investment in this idea that we need to have a center for startups and innovative activity,' said Setti.
The 2025 Big Table Greater Peoria Event will be held on Oct. 9 at Distillery Labs in Peoria.
