Talking about the Paras hospital incident, Paswan said that the attack is proof that the criminals are directly challenging the law and administration. In a post on X, the food processing industries minister said, "Law and order in Bihar has become a serious concern today. Murders are happening every day, and the morale of criminals is sky-high. The functioning of the police and administration is beyond comprehension. The incident of criminals openly firing inside Paras Hospital, located in a residential area of Patna today, is proof that criminals are now directly challenging the law and administration. Chirag's comments are the latest in a series of messages directed at the Nitish government since he announced his decision to contest the Bihar polls scheduled for later this year.
