SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — In the afternoon of May 20, a wreck sent a woman and her child to the hospital. Knickerbocker crash sends 1 to hospital According to the San Angelo Police Department a black Dodge truck was going down Sherwood Way and was attempting to make a left turn to the Houston Harte Frontage Road and didn't see a Yukon going south bound and hit it. SAPD said the vehicles met front end to front end causing both vehicles to end up on the curb. The driver of the Yukon and her child that was in the back seat, were taken to the hospital but there were no life-threatening injuries. The officer at the crash said he saw the woman and the child walking around and went for precautionary reasons. SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A vehicle police chase ended in a rollover and one man taken to the hospital early Sunday morning in Brookings, a news release from the City of Brookings said. Crews respond to weekend house fire near Humboldt Shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday, April 20, a Brookings police officer attempted to stop a 2008 Black Dodge going 47 in a 30 mile per hour zone on 6th Street near Main Avenue. The driver, Brandon Kendall, 24, from Mitchell, failed to stop and continued driving toward the bypass on 6th Street. He missed the bypass lane, overturning his vehicle. Kendall was transported by ambulance to the Brookings Health System where he was treated for lacerations and is expected to be released.
