Elayna Black (Cora Jade) Reveals When She Knew Her WWE Release Was Coming
Elayna Black reveals she had a feeling her WWE run was coming to an end.
Former WWE NXT star Cora Jade recently made headlines with her unceremonious exit from WWE. Jade was among a slew of names gutted from the roster as part of the May wave of WWE releases. She's since been announced for indie bookings.

Elayna Black recently appeared on The Ariel Helwani Show to address her NXT departure, revealing she 'kind of had a feeling' about the writing being on the wall when it came to her WWE run.
'In November, I kind of had a feeling that like I was gonna be gone,' Elayna said. 'I had a conversation with somebody who I won't name, but someone I feel I would have had a better experience there if it wasn't for, and not Shawn or Hunter or anybody. There was a conversation with somebody where I was kind of like… This is probably gonna be weird in a few months.'
Elayna Black will compete for Black Label Pro
Elayna Black is back to grinding on the independent scene following her WWE exit. The star dropped a teaser for a mystery project, which turned out to be a hype video for her upcoming appearance for Black Label Pro's June 14 event.

'I'm really excited to go and, like, do all the things that I haven't been able to do in the past four years with the platform that I have now,' she said. 'I just wanted to get right back on it, like I don't have time to waste.' [H/T The Ring Report]
Elayna will square off against Rachel Armstrong in her return to Black Label Pro on June 14. It remains to be seen which of these two women will walk out the winner.
