Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Design Revealed In New Leak Of Official Image

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is the slim addition to the Galaxy S25 series, expected to launch in the next few weeks. But now, a new leak shows what's claimed to be an official Samsung image, revealing many details of the much-anticipated handset. Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge In a post on X, prolific leaker Evan Blass has placed an image which they say comes from Samsung, and, to confirm there are no major surprise here, 'Yup, looks like everything is where it's supposed to be,' they comment. We knew already that there would be two cameras on the phone's back and one on the front, and the helpful labels in the image confirm these, alongside the side button and volume buttons. There's also a speaker at the base of the phone, and a microphone. So far, so unsurprising. It's worth noting that there's a SIM card tray. While this isn't a shock, recent dummies of Apple's super-slim handset, the phone predicted to be the iPhone 17 Air, show no SIM card tray. Well, there's no such tray on any iPhone 16 phone released for the U.S. market, but the absence on the 17 Air was also taken to mean that the phone was just too thin for such a tray. That's not a problem for the Galaxy S25 Edge, it seems, despite its thinness. Blass posted on April 25 the new phone's thickness: 'At just 5.8mm slim and 163g light, the Galaxy S25 Edge fits effortlessly into your pocket without compromising on strength, speed or style,' they reported. Despite the thinness, that post also commented that one of the cameras would have a 200-megapixel sensor and all-day battery. What it won't have, however, is a 3.5mm headphone jack. Since flagship phones with 3.5mm jacks are very rare (Sony Xperia 1 VI is a notable exception), this isn't a shock either, but the leaked image has kindly explained the situation for us. Not only is there no mention of a headphone jack, but the socket at the base of the phone is revealed to be doing triple duty: 'USB/Charging/Audio port,' is the legend attached. More as we have it.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge key specs revealed in new leak

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge has just had some of its key specifications revealed in a new leak from trusted tipster Evan Blass. Shared on X (formerly Twitter), the leak highlights the phone's ultra-slim 5.8mm design, featherlight 163g weight, and top-tier hardware, suggesting that the device will focus heavily on portability without compromising on flagship-grade performance. With its slim profile, high-resolution rear camera, and AI-powered features in One UI 7, the Galaxy S25 Edge appears to focus on delivering a balanced mix of design and performance — a combination not often seen in other flagship devices today. Source: Evan Blass/ X (formerly Twitter) advertisementAccording to Blass, the phone will come with a titanium bezel and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 for improved toughness, which should help it survive everyday wear and tear. As per previous leaks, the phone is said to come in three finishes: Titanium Icy Blue, Titanium Jet Black, and Titanium Silver. Despite its incredibly slim profile, Samsung is apparently equipping the S25 Edge with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chip — the same processor found in the rest of the Galaxy S25 lineup. Expect to see smooth and snappy performance, a hallmark of high-end Samsung this is the first detailed spec leak we've seen from Evan Blass, previous reports have filled in more of the picture. As per FNNews, the Galaxy S25 Edge is tipped to launch in South Korea on May 13, with sales beginning on May 23 in both South Korea and China. Pre-orders are expected to run from May 14 to 20. A global release — including the US — could happen on May 30, and the device has even been spotted on India's BIS certification website, suggesting it's headed for an Indian launch as Price-wise, the phone is rumoured to fall into the $1,099 to $1,199 range in the US, which converts to approximately Rs 94,000 – Rs 1,02,600. The final pricing, however, remains Galaxy S25 Edge isn't just about looking good. It's expected to offer solid performance with at least 12GB RAM and 256GB of base storage. The highlight, though, might be the camera. The phone could pack a 200-megapixel primary rear camera with OIS — possibly the same ISOCELL HP2 sensor found in the Galaxy S25 Ultra. On the front, a 12-megapixel selfie camera is said, the slim form factor might have a downside — battery size. The Galaxy S25 Edge is rumoured to house a 4,000mAh battery, which could raise questions around how long it'll actually last during heavy with its sleek profile, top-end specs, and premium materials, the Galaxy S25 Edge looks like a unique addition to Samsung's flagship lineup, especially for those who want a big phone but also value portability without sacrificing power.

In an X post the tipster showcased all the colorways of the model along with the flat pill-shaped rumored camera visor. The X post also showcased alleged marketing images of the phone, with AI features that it could bring. The Pixel 9a's release may be just around the corner, and while we anticipate learning more about the phone — several leaks have been coming in hot. The most recent one gave us a good look at how the alleged hardware and design of the device. Coming from avid tipster Evan Blass are what seem to be official marketing images of the Pixel 9a. In an X (previously Twitter) post, Blass showed off alleged renders of the mid-range phone. In terms of the hardware, the Pixel 9a seems to have flat edges, rounded corners, and an end-to-end screen. Additionally, the images confirm what the previous leaks have been pointing towards— the mid-range device could be losing the signature Pixel camera visor. Instead, it will have a pill-shaped housing flush with the rear panel of the phone. However, in another image showing the phone horizontally, a sliver of the camera bump seems to exist— indicating that the company may not be letting go of the bump altogether. Image 1 of 3 Image 2 of 3 Image 3 of 3 As indicated in previous leaks, the Pixel 9a could come in four colorways: Black, silver, pink, and Lilac, but the official names of these colors remain under wraps so far. That said, in the subsequent thread, Blass shows off some of the Gemini's features that could supposedly show up on the Pixel 9a. To start, one image shows a person triggering Gemini by holding down the power button. The other images seem to indicate that the phone will come with Android 15's anti-theft protection and several cameras, calling, and general Pixel ecosystem features. Another leak that popped up earlier this week indicated that the Pixel 9a could come with satellite connectivity out of the box. The mid-range phone is said to have shown up for FCC certification with the digital label explaining, "The satellite feature on this device must be turned off at all times while on board an aircraft by turning on airplane mode," which is similar to what showed up on the flagship model as well. It is important to note that several features that show up in leaks may or may not make it to the actual device. However, here's a detailed list of what we expect to see from the upcoming Google Pixel 9a.

The Motorola Razr Plus 2025 leaks in a fiery red colorway

When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. In a recent leak, the upcoming Motorola Razr Plus 2025 showed up in a 'Rio Red' colorway. Tipster Evan Blass took to X to show off full renders of the device from all angles in the red colorway. The clamshell is expected to debut earlier in April instead of the usual launch in the summer. Leaks of the upcoming Motorola Razr Plus 2025 keep coming in, one more revealing than the next. This time, we got to see the device in a whole new colorway, thanks to tipster Evan Blass. Taking to X, Blass posted multiple images of the alleged Motorola Razr Plus 2025, also called the Motorola Razr 60 Ultra. We get to see the phone in a new hue, dubbed 'Rio Red.' These images didn't just show off the red colorway but also gave us images from multiple angles of what we could expect from the hardware aspect of the device. From its looks, the new red Razr will also get a faux leather back, similar to the dark green colorway that leaked earlier this month. There also appears to be a new button on one side, which could be similar to the Quick Button found on the Motorola Edge 2024. So far, from all the leaks collectively we see that this year's edition will look a lot like last year's phone, however in a more polished look with the leather back. But when it comes to specific design changes, previous leaks have hinted that the right edge houses the volume buttons and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner similar to the above images. At the bottom, we see a SIM slot, mic, USB-C port, and speaker next to each other. On the display front, the device will supposedly stick with its 6.9-inch pOLED foldable display and a 4-inch OLED cover screen like the Razr Plus 2024. And like any new or upcoming phone on the market, the Moto Razr Plus 2025 could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, with the seven-core version specifically made for foldables. On the camera front, the images indicate that it'll have a dual camera array. While we don't know much about the exact specs of the lens, we assume it could be a combination of a wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens, like its predecessor. Other than that, the clamshell is rumored to get a 4,000mAh battery that will maintain support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging speeds like its predecessor, which remains one of the best foldable phones on the market.
