Russian Attacks on Ukraine 'Intensifying': EBRD
The President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Odile Renaud-Basso, says Russian attacks on Ukraine are intensifying and the rebuilding of damaged infrastructure should not be delayed. Citi: Markets Unsurprised by French Budget Announcement

Panama Foreign Minister: China Has 'Zero Influence' on Panama Canal
