In Rajasthan's Aravalli Hills, Fairmont Udaipur Palace in India is preparing to open its doors in July 2025. Spread across 18 acres, the hilltop palace will offer 327 rooms, more than 130,000ft² of event spaces, and a variety of dining options and bars. Fairmont Tokyo is poised to open on 1 July 2025, marking the brand's debut in Japan. The hotel will be part of the Blue Front Shibaura Project, occupying the south tower and featuring 217 guest rooms and suites. Serving both local and international visitors, the rooms will offer Tokyo Bay and the city skyline views. The hotel will feature a spa, fitness centre, indoor infinity pool, and multiple dining venues, including a Sky Chapel and the Fairmont Grand Ballroom.
