Your Hong Kong weekend drinks guide for July 10-12
Expect lively streets this weekend as mixologists from around the region gather in Hong Kong and Macau for the announcement of this year's Asia's 50 Best Bars on Tuesday, July 15.
There will be guest shifts aplenty before, during and after this weekend, but for those not looking to fight crowds to get drinks, there's still a lot to explore. Yardley Brothers are launching a new ale at Blue Supreme, TokyoLima's divine new menu is inspired by deities and kings from Japanese and Peruvian culture, and Lorenzo Antinori and Simone Caporale open the hotly-anticipated Montana.

beer specialists Blue Supreme have you covered this weekend. The former is launching Solera – a mixed fermentation ale aged in a Sauternes barrel for four years, then conditioned with fungi and probiotics for six months in Burgundy wine barrels.
