The Chicago Sky closed their 2024 WNBA campaign with a 13-27 record, missing the playoffs. Amid the rebuild, rookie forward Angel Reese emerged as the Sky's most consistent performer.
On Tuesday, Beats by Dre unveiled a new 'Pill People' short on its X account, casting Reese as the Blush Pink Beats Pill Person in a retailer-exclusive launch.

The accompanying caption read, "Just a winner's mentality @Reese10Angel 💘🚨 The long-awaited return of the (Blush) Pink Beats Pill is FINALLY HERE, only at @Target."
In the video, Reese, voicing the Pink Pill, tells her counterparts, "Listen, my plan is to be the best Pill in the house. It's nothing personal, but I'm on a mission to become the greatest Pill of all time."
When another Pill replies, "It's not a competition, Angel. We're all on the same team here," she simply responds, "Cool, I want to be captain."
In 2024, Reese was named both a WNBA All-Star and to the All-Rookie Team after averaging 13.6 points and a league-leading 13.1 rebounds per game.

For the Sky, it provides a marquee moment to promote their franchise around Reese's growing profile.
As training camp opens and the 2025 WNBA season approaches, both Reese and the Sky will look to translate off-court momentum into on-court success.
