CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2025 Not Today; When To Expect Scorecards?
Last Updated: CBSE Results 2025: Last year, the results were announced on May 13. In 2023, the CBSE results were declared on May 12. Certain reports have speculated that the CBSE Class 10 and 12 results might be announced on May 2. However, a senior board official told that the results will not be released today. As per its standard practice, CBSE is likely to declare the results without any prior announcement. This strategy is aimed at managing website traffic more efficiently and preventing potential server crashes. By avoiding advance notice, the board ensures that students can access their results smoothly, without delays or technical issues caused by high online traffic. Last year, the results were announced on May 13. In 2023, the CBSE results were declared on May 12. However, in 2022, the announcement was delayed until July 22 due to pandemic-related disruptions — the only such delay in recent years. Over 41 lakh students who appeared for the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Board Exams 2025 are now eagerly waiting for their results to be announced. CBSE Class 10, 12 Results 2025: How To Check? — Visit the official CBSE websites: or — Click on the CBSE Class 10 or 12 scorecard 2025 link. — Log in using your application number and date of birth. — Download the CBSE Class 10 or 12 marksheet PDF. — Print it for future reference. Students must secure a minimum of 33% in each subject and overall to pass. In cases of borderline scores, grace marks may be awarded. Students failing one or two subjects can appear for compartment exams, while those failing more subjects will need to repeat the year. The CBSE works with a 9-point grading system (from A1 to E) depending on the numbers scored by each candidate. A1 is the highest grade achievable while grade E will be given to the students who fail the exam. The top 1/8th passed candidates will be awarded Grade A1, similarly the next 1/8th grade A2. Grades B1 and B2 will be awarded to the subsequent 1/8th passed candidates. Just like that, C1-C2-D1-D2 grades will be given to the following 1/8th passed candidates.
