7 cool coffee orders are made for the 'Gram (and Dubai) Time Out Dubai

Dubai's got a huge café culture. You'll find cosy spots to grab a coffee in almost every corner. This city is so obsessed with caffeine that there are even full on coffee and matcha parties, where you listen to the hottest tracks and sip an iced latte of your choice. So for a generation that are so brew-obsessed, it's no surprise that Dubai offers some incredible alternatives to coffee that will still give you that same caffeine fix. Ready to try something new? Check out some of the coolest options below. The coolest ways to drink caffeine in Dubai Matcha Coconut Cloud at Boston Lane Dubai's obsession with matcha is well-founded, we think. So when you're looking for your next matcha, don't do basic. Get the matcha coconut cloud at this Australian café in Al Quoz. While the alfresco seating is lovely and green, the inside is equally interesting, with cute areca palms and merchandise lining the walls. Pink and white hues, high ceilings and lots of greenery lend the space an airy, spacious and summery feel. The drink's base is coconut water, the foam on top is matcha whipped with coconut milk cream. Delicious. Dhs32. Open daily 7.30am-7pm. Al Quoz, Dubai, (050 627 4799). Iced Dirty Chai at Café Kitsune This aesthetic French-Japanese café from Tokyo offers some seriously good coffee. Having been in the industry for more than a decade in France, Korea, New York, China, Thailand and other locations around the world, the brand knows what we want. And that's an iced dirty chai, basically tea with a splash of coffee. Weird? Yes. Should you try it? Absolutely yes. Dhs38. Open Sun-Thu 8am-11pm; Fri-Sat 8am-midnight. Try this super healthy collagen latte – made with collagen powder, coconut milk powder, maquiberries, vanilla and full-fat milk. If you're looking for a green tea drink that doesn't come with the aftertaste, you should try this mix. It's matcha with taro, blue spirulina, tocos, vanilla and oat milk, sweetened by agave. This lovely chilled drink is the perfect way to cool down this summer, and what better way to do it than at NYC-inspired matcha bar, Maison Cha Cha. Cocoa Orange Masala Tea at Avantcha Love Jaffa Cakes? Here's a tea that you can sip on to get a flavour of the childhood favourite. While orange and chocolate combo is not everyone's cup of tea, its subtle flavours might just make you a fan. It's basically dried orange peel blended with traditional spices and cocoa cores, so don't worry about the flavours being too strong. Avantcha is a new tea bar in Al Quoz that offers over 150 varieties of tea with unique ingredients like chilli, caramel, honeybush and more. While the café where you can enjoy the tea is by none other than chef Reif Othman. Expect matcha drinks, iced teas and tea-infused desserts and pastries here. Dhs20. Open Mon-Sat 10am-6pm. The ice cream is infused with the flavour of toasted sourdough mixed with molasses, brown sugar and milk. Plus the touch of espresso and cocoa nibs offers a layered taste. Golden Turmeric drink at Boston Lane Some days we want a drink that makes us feel good both inside and out. That's what the golden turmeric latte is for. This anti-inflammatory latte, filled with loads of antioxidants, is perfect for the health-conscious.
