Brigade group stocks rise up to 4% as firm launches Rs 225 crore premium plotted project in East Bengaluru

The company made the announcement in a regulatory filing after market hours on Friday. At 9:27 AM, shares of Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd were trading at ₹86.22, up 3.85% from the previous close of ₹83.02, with a day range of ₹83.66 to ₹87.20. The stock's market capitalisation stood at ₹3,274 crore. Meanwhile, Brigade Enterprises Ltd was up 1.30% at ₹960.10, compared to the previous close of ₹947.80, hitting a day high of ₹961.60 and a market cap of ₹23,467 crore. The 20-acre Brigade Cherry Blossom project, developed through a joint venture, will offer 338 plots in two sizes — 30×40 ft and 30×50 ft — spanning a total development area of 4.51 lakh sq ft. Stocks To Watch Today Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs): The government has approved ₹30,000 crore as compensation for LPG under-recoveries. Dr. Reddy's Laboratories (DRL): The US FDA has issued an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) for its CTO-5 manufacturing unit in Telangana, classifying it as 'Voluntary Action Indicated' (VAI). DOMS Industries: Q1 revenue rose 26% year-on-year (YoY), while EBITDA increased 14% YoY. Lemon Tree Hotels: Average room rate increased 10% YoY, with EBITDA margin at 44.5% compared to 43% last year. DOMS Industries Revenue climbed 26.4% to Rs 562 crore; profit up 10.5% to Rs 57.3 crore. EBITDA margin narrowed to 17.5% from 19.4%. Declared final dividend of Rs 3.15 per share; record date September 15. Puravankara Reported a Rs 68.5 crore loss in Q1 FY26, versus a Rs 14.4 crore profit last year, as revenue fell over 20% to Rs 524.4 crore. Brigade Enterprises aims Rs 225 cr revenue from new housing project in Bengaluru

Agency: PTI Last Updated: New Delhi, Aug 9 (PTI) Realty firm Brigade Enterprises Ltd is targeting more than Rs 225 crore in revenue from the sale of residential plots in its new project in Bengaluru. The company has launched a new project 'Brigade Cherry Blossom', in Malur of East Bengaluru. This is a joint venture project, comprising 338 housing plots. 'With a projected revenue potential exceeding Rs 225 crore, the project spans 20 acres and 11 guntas, offering a total development area of 4.51 lakh sq ft," Brigade Enterprises said in a regulatory filing on Friday. 'Malur is an evolving micro-market and upcoming residential hub, and this development reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality and sustainable projects to our customers," said Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Enterprises. The company has developed housing, commercial and hospitality projects across South India.
