The court's directions came on a plea filed by the IGU against the Indian Olympic Association's (IOA) failure to invite the IGU's duly-elected representatives to the NOC's Special General Body Meeting (SGBM) here on Wednesday.
IGU's secretary S K Sharma informed TOI that as a result of the court's order, the IOA has agreed to send the names of the golfers for the Asian Youth Games (AYG), which have been forwarded by the Singh-led IGU, for representing India at the event, conforming with the selection policy of the body.
These include Veer Ganpathy, Anshul Mishra, Raghav Gulati in the boys' section and Mannat Preet Brar, Zara Anand and Saanvi Somu in the girls' division.
For the Youth Games, London Olympics bronze medallist wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt has been named the chef-de-mission (CDM) by the IOA.
