People magazine has confirmed that Flay, 60, is dating his Food Network co-star Brooke Williamson, 46.

'They have been friends for a while and recently decided to jump in,' a source told the media outlet. 'Her divorce last year probably gave them some additional shared experiences and over the last few weeks, love bloomed.'

The news comes not long after the Beat Bobby Flay star publicly admitted he was rejected by The Hills alum Kristin Cavallari. 'I DMed you and I said to you … 'I'm going to be in Nashville for one night. Can I take you to dinner?'' he said during a November appearance on Cavallari's Let's Be Honest podcast. 'And you literally said something to me like, 'I'm already dating somebody,'' he added. However, Flay clarified that he had wanted to go out as friends.

Williamson, a Los Angeles native, is an acclaimed chef and cookbook author. In 2012 she appeared on Top Chef, becoming the runner-up in season 10, and returning five years later to win the competition series. She's since starred in multiple cooking reality shows including Guy Fieri's Tournament of Champions, which she won in 2020, and was a judge on 24 in 24, Chopped, and Guy's Grocery Games. She also appeared on Flay's Beat Bobby Flay. In November, she launched her first cookbook, Sun-Kissed Cooking – Vegetables Front and Center.
