Nepo babies mock their TV star dad in hilarious TikTok – can you guess who their famous parent is?

A TOP TV star has been mocked by his nepo baby children in a hilarious new TikTok clip. The kids of the actor and TV host took centre stage in the funny skit which garnered plenty of laughs from their fans. 4 4 The clip followed a recent viral trend which sees people dismissing a large amount of money for a restaurant bill as "not that bad" when they aren't the ones paying it. But for these nepo-babies, the trend was even funnier given that their multi-millionaire father was the butt of the joke. But would you be able to work out who their very famous father is? It is Terry Crews - leading sitcom star and host of America's Got Talent. Terry has appeared in movies such as White Chicks, Idiocracy and Blended before becoming better known for TV outings such as Julius Rock in Everybody Hates Chris and Terry Jeffords in Brooklyn Nine-Nine. In the clip, Terry and his family were dining at the eatery, Martha's Vineyard. His children that participated in the skit which confirmed their meal would set them back $857. His son then mouthed: "Oh, that's not too bad!" The camera then panned to reveal Terry as he reclined back in his chair after hearing his children brush off the extortionate amount. Reacting to the clip, one fan said: "I was like how is anyone affording $857 for dinner in this economy and then saw Terry Crews." Controversial Noughties comedy movie star sparks rumours of sequel to cult classic - despite it winning Worst Picture Razzie Another then added: "I feel the pain Terry Crews! My family just be acting like oh that's not much!! Hahahaha." Before a third insisted that he was adopting the character of Julius in the moment, insisting: "That's not Terry Crews. That's Julius Rock." With another echoing: "That wasn't Terry at the table… that was Julius." Terry shares five children with his wife Rebecca King and the pair have been married for over 30 years. Terry and Rebecca met in a local Michigan church in the 1980s. At the time, Rebecca was a music minister at the church while Terry was a student at Western Michigan University. The couple's first child, Naomi Burton-Crews, was born to Rebecca and her ex, Charles Burton, but was later adopted by Terry. Their second daughter, Azriél Crews, was born in the same year the pair married. They also have Tera, Wynfrey and Isaiah. 4 4

Rick and Morty spin-off announced based on fan-favorite character

Adult Swim have announced a new spin-off show based on the adventures of the Rick and Morty character President Andre Curtis. The new adult animated comedy, named President Curtis, will see Keith David reprise his role as the title character. Co-created by Rick and Morty executive producers Dan Harmon and James Siciliano, and along with David, the series will also star Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Stephanie Beatriz and Jim Rash, who famously worked with Harmon on the much-loved sitcom Community. The show has been described as following 'the Commander-in-Chief and his eccentric staff as they tackle the kind of crises that Rick Sanchez could never be bothered with - from interdimensional diplomacy to paranormal investigations and unexplained phenomena.' In a statement, David said: 'President Curtis has always been a blast to play. Getting to explore his world more deeply in this new series is a dream. I can't wait for fans to see what kind of chaos he stirs up when Rick isn't around to steal the spotlight.' Harmon and Siciliano added: 'President Curtis has always been one of our favorite characters to write — he's the only person in the multiverse who can go toe-to-toe with Rick and still hold office. Now we finally get to go on sci-fi missions from Curtis' point of view. And with Keith David leading the charge, it's going to be a wild ride.' Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen said: 'This is a series we would have greenlit even if it didn't have anything at all to do with Rick and Morty. President Andre Curtis is just that good of a character. The rest of the world the team has fleshed out is super fun and totally stands on its own. We can't wait for you to see it.' A release date for President Curtis has not yet been announced. Rick and Morty is currently airing its eighth season. The show survived upheaval in 2023 when co-creator Justin Roiland left the production after being charged with domestic violence. Roiland's charges were dismissed on the grounds of 'insufficient evidence,' but he was later repeatedly accused of further sexual misconduct. A lawyer representing Roiland said the allegations were 'false and defamatory.' Roiland's role voicing both Rick and Morty was recast. Ian Cardoni now voices Rick Sanchez, while Harry Belden voices Morty Smith. Speaking about the multiple allegations facing Roiland, Harmon said he was 'ashamed and heartbroken' by his co-creator's alleged actions.

Andy Samberg remembers late' Brooklyn Nine-Nine 'costar Andre Braugher: 'I miss him a lot'

Andy Samberg is missing his late Brooklyn Nine-Nine costar Andre Braugher. The Lonely Island member and Saturday Night Live alum was asked about his offscreen friendship with the actor, who died of lung cancer at age 61 in 2023, during a new episode of Amy Poehler's Good Hang podcast. 'What was that dynamic like behind the scenes [between you and Braugher]? Because he's so good in the show, he's so poised, he's such a good actor — and also, to me, I never had the pleasure of meeting him, he seemed like he was just playful and fun,' Poehler said. To which Samberg replied, 'He was, and just a good person.' In addition to being immensely talented and funny, Samberg noted that Braugher was also 'so deeply moral and kind and pleasant and smart,' adding, 'We all absolutely loved him. I miss him a lot.' Samberg and Braugher starred opposite one another on all eight seasons of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which aired from 2013 until 2021. Samberg's character, Det. Jake Peralta, in particular had a close, almost paternal relationship with Braugher's stoic Capt. Raymond Holt throughout the series. While their characters may have initially butted heads onscreen, Samberg recalled how he and Braugher just clicked immediately. 'It was one of those things where you're just like, 'Okay, this is kismet. I don't know how to explain it,'' he said. 'Because they — [creators] Mike [Schurr] and [Dan] Goor — cast him from like, a meeting. They just did like a Zoom or something with him.' The comedian recalled meeting Braugher at a table read for the series and knowing straight away that they had found something special. 'He walked in and we had a very pleasant hello and then we started reading it, and as soon as we started reading it, like the first scene, which is he comes out and I'm goofing with him and being a dummy and he's being stoic, it just…' Samberg explained. 'You know how it is sometimes with creative stuff, where you're like, 'I don't care how this came to be. It's working and I'm so happy.'' In fact, they got along so well, that Samberg said they hardly ever had to discuss their own creative decisions for the show. 'The only thing me and him had to even talk about creatively was, in the beginning, he didn't trust himself to do comedy because he came so strictly from drama and Juilliard,' he said. 'And like, five or six times we would do a more serious topic on the show and he would flip that switch and everyone would be like, 'Oh my God, what is Andre doing here? He's so good. Like he should be in like, drama! He's like the best.'' Samberg continued, 'But then he would do his Captain Holt stuff and it was the funniest thing on the show.' Braugher was mourned by his fellow Brooklyn Nine-Nine costars online following his death, with Terry Crews, who played Terry Jeffords, thanking the actor in part for 'your wisdom, your advice, your kindness and your friendship.' Melissa Fumero, who starred as Amy Santiago, also noted that she will never forget 'the deep love and loyalty you had for your family.' The show's official Instagram account also honored the late actor, sharing a photo of him with the caption: 'Always our Captain. We love you, Andre.'
