This almost 45,000-square-foot complex, which includes a playground and athletic fields, represents a unique redevelopment opportunity not just for West Leyden, but also for the Town of Lewis and Lewis County said Buell. According to the press release, the workshop will be held in an open-house format, with attendees encouraged to peruse the provided materials displaying project progress to date, such as an architectural review of the building's current conditions, findings from the local market analysis, and a summary of public survey results.
