One of Dubai's busiest malls has introduced a new ticketless paid parking system. BurJuman Mall has become the latest in the city to adopt a ticketless system for parking, following the examples of Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Deira and City Centre Mirdif. Several tech upgrades have been introduced at BurJuman Mall, one of the city's oldest malls, to make getting in and out smoother. Automatic Number Plate Recognition will be used to calculate fees and payment at machines through cash, card, and online transactions will remain in place. Despite the change in how you pay, rates remain at the same level that they were previously set at. Electric vehicles may use designated charging stations, where available, with a maximum duration of one hour. EVs may not use mall electric sockets in the parking area.
