But we're just as curious about where to find the best bedding from a design perspective. I interviewed five interior designers from across the country to gather their recommendations of the go-to bedding brands they use for their clients and even themselves: Lisa Sternfeld, interior designer & founder of WLLW; Matt Donahoe, owner and principal designer at Bureau Interiors; Isabel Ladd, owner of Isabel Ladd Interiors; Colleen Bute Bennett, lead interior designer and founder of CBB Design Firm; and Dina Marciano, founder of Dina Marciano Design. You wouldn't think that they do, but we used to own a company in North Carolina, and the same products that they bought from us are the same that go on the shelf."Like Bennett said, you can find quality brands at T.J. Created in Italy, the brand is known for its soft cotton and elegant clients love the premium feel of Sferra bedding. He said that once he incorporates Sferra bedding into their homes, "they are customers for life and frequently boast how attached they have become to the very best feeling when they lie down in bed."Shop at FretteFrette is a staple for luxury sheets, comforters, and duvets. "I consistently specify Obasan's bedding essentials for my projects," Lisa Sternfeld of WLLW said.
