Cong Ta is a motorized unicycle enthusiast who has been bringing laughs to people across Waterloo region by riding a toilet with a poop emoji helmet. His peculiar style has been gaining attention on social media, where fans have been posting sightings of the electric toiletmobile from all around the region.
