Hartford HealthCare launches restaurant safety training program
HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Safety is now on the menu at local restaurants, thanks to a new initiative from Hartford HealthCare.
Their center for education, simulation and innovation — known as CESI — has launched a hands-on emergency response program called the Restaurant Safety Training.
Stephen Donahue, director of operations at CESI, joined Good Morning Connecticut at 9 a.m. to discuss.
