He was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. It has been claimed that Connelly who is currently being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment was leaving the bar when she pushed Baker twice, causing him to fall off the barstool. The complaint said both pushes were "completely unprovoked". Connelly then kicked Baker when he was on the ground, the complaint alleged and was heard saying, "good" when she was told that he may be dead.
