A video circulating on Instagram shows a street vendor preparing this peculiar treat. The process begins with a dollop of butter in a pan, followed by milk chocolate bars and a splash of chocolate syrup. A little water is added, and the mixture is stirred into a smooth, creamy consistency. Meanwhile, the momos are deep-fried in a wok.
