The New 'Curated by Cadillac' Program Brings 160 Colors to the 2026 CT5-V Blackwing
The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing is, quite simply, one of the greatest sport sedans ever made. Not one to be left out of the upcoming Monterey Car Week festivities, General Motors has just revealed a special program dedicated to the 668-hp Caddy's die-hard customers. Known as Curated by Cadillac, this all-new customization program gives buyers access to bespoke hues, improved interior materials, and a hand-built car.
The Curated by Cadillac program is exclusive to the 2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing, but it does draw inspiration from the Celestiq's build process. While every detail of the range-topping EV can be hand-selected, the Blackwing scales things back a bit. Customers will work with a dedicated concierge to sort through some 160 unique exterior colors on offer, including hues in a range of metallic, gloss, and matte finishes. Every car will also be hand-painted by skilled technicians at the Warren Technical Center to ensure the highest quality finish. Cadillac will also allow customers to mix and match numerous materials and colors inside the interior, allowing for a true one-of-one configuration. All told, Cadillac says there are millions of potential combinations on offer.
'Curated by Cadillac embodies our commitment to delivering an elevated level of customization,' said John Roth, vice president, Global Cadillac. 'Drawing upon experience from the ultra-luxury, hand-built Celestiq, we are now offering a limited number of CT5-V Blackwing customers an opportunity to create a vehicle that is as unique as their own story.'
As ever, the cars will come powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 producing 668 hp and 659 lb-ft of torque. A Curated by Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing can be configured with either a six-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic, but we all know which gearbox these bespoke units deserve.
These special edition versions of the CT5-V Blackwing are a U.S. and Canadian market exclusive, with production expected to begin in mid-2026. Cadillac hasn't specified whether or not these cars will be limited in production, or if they'll produced to fulfill demand. They aren't exactly cheap however, with the Curated by Cadillac models starting at $158,000 — about 50% more than the regular 2026 CT5-V Blackwing's base price of $99,700 before destination. Interested parties at Monterey Car Week can take a look at the hand-built machines at Pebble Beach's Concours Village August 14 and 15.
