Holmes County's Carroll wins weightlifting state title
LAKELAND, Fla. (WMBB) – Holmes County senior weightlifter, Caidon Carroll took first place in the Traditional event at the FHSAA Weightlifting State Championships.
Carroll won gold with a 630 lb. total in Traditional (Clean and Jerk and Bench Press). He also earned a silver medal in Olympic (Snatch) with a 570 lb. total.
