LeAnn Rimes quits The Voice UK

LeAnn Rimes has quit 'The Voice' after just one series. The 'Can't Fight the Moonlight' hitmaker has stepped down from the panel of the talent show in order to focus on her career in America, including serving as a mega-mentor with Sheryl Crow on the US version of 'The Voice. A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: 'LeAnn loved her time on the UK show, but wants to focus on her career in the States. 'She was hugely popular with cast and crew and everybody loved having her as part of the team. 'Bosses are currently on the lookout for another female singer to join the all-star line-up, they haven't made a decision just yet but are having conversations. "Producers know they've had some amazing names so far, from Olly Murs to Anne-Marie, so they want to secure someone who will cause a lot of excitement around the show and bring a new energy to the competition.' According to the outlet, McFly's Danny Jones and Tom Fletcher will return again as a duo, alongside show veterans and Sir Tom Jones, but a spokesperson for the programme declined to comment. The news comes shortly after Danny admitted he and Tom were hoping to be asked back for another series. He told the Daily Star newspaper's Hot TV column: "Fingers crossed we'll be back on 'The Voice'. "Me and Tom have a real passion for it, and I think people could see that." Tom added: "'The Voice' is a fantastic show. "I feel very lucky that I got to be part of it. We had a brilliant time. "I got to share my advice and stories. I have 21 years of experience, and if that's useful to someone, then that's great. "I would love to do another series." The 'All About You' hitmakers were the winning coaches last year with their act Ava Mannings - who they mentored on the show - taking the victory, and they have kept in contact with Ava since her win to offer their support and guidance. Danny said: "It wasn't just about mentoring acts during the show, but also afterwards. "The aftercare is important. We really want Ava to do well."

LeAnn Rimes 'to exit' The Voice after teasing 'scary' career move

American singing icon LeAnn Rimes has reportedly decided to move on from The Voice UK after just one year and after teasing she has plans for a 'scary' new career option LeAnn Rimes has sensationally quit as a coach on the UK version of The Voice after just one season. The Can't Fight the Moonlight singer, 42, was something of a star signing to the show for the thirteenth season - which aired last year. Her time in the swivelling chair in the UK saw her offering guidance and advice to hopefuls alongside other star performers. Black Eyed Peas legend - the only star to appear on every season of the UK version of the series - sat alongside LeAnn. As did Welsh wonder Sir Tom Jones - while McFly singers Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones worked together to find contenders for their group. ‌ Ahead of appearing on the UK version of The Voice, LeAnn - who was also a coach on the Australian version of the show in 2024 - shared her excitement over taking part. ‌ She said before appearing on the series: "I love connecting with all of the artists, finding songs they connect to and creating these performances. For me it's not just about creating performances but creating moments that are really powerful." But now it appears her time on the show is over - with a source telling The Sun: 'LeAnn loved her time on the UK show, but wants to focus on her career in the States. She was hugely popular with cast and crew and everybody loved having her as part of the team. 'Bosses are currently on the lookout for another female singer to join the all-star line-up, they haven't made a decision just yet but are having conversations." The Mirror has contacted a representative of LeAnn for comment. Hours before the report of her exit broke, she hinted she was planning new things for the months ahead. In a reflective post that she shared on Instagram, she wrote: "Thank you all for making April full of love, laughter and connection. "May, I am SO ready for you and the exciting new journey I am about to embark on! Stay tuned." Among a collection of photos she also shared a screenshot of a post she had previously shared on X which also hinted at pastures new. ‌ She wrote on the platform: "Uh…. Making a very big life/career decision this morning. Something completely new and different. Something a bit scary and out of my comfort zone… I think I have to say yes! Maybe." It is believed, however, that LeAnn's time with The Voice franchise is not at an end - as she is tipped to appear on the US version of the show. Back to The Voice UK, however, and it is believed that Danny and Tom will return as judges again. The inclusion of Danny has been branded "controversial" by The Sun in light of recent events that rocked his marriage. ‌ The Star Girl singer shocked fans in March when footage of him kissing former Love Island contestant Maura Higgins went viral. The lip locking action was explosive as he has been married to model Georgia Horsley since 2014 - and they share a young son together. After being caught out, the McFly singer issued a grovelling online apology, writing: 'I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation. I love them so much and we'll continue to deal with this privately." He added: 'I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding, and support. See you all soon, Danny.'

LeAnn Rimes Takes Fans' "Breath Away" in New Post With Husband

Singer LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie Cibrian are the epitome of "couple goals" in their latest vacation posts. As the couple approaches their 16th wedding anniversary in April, they temporarily ditched their Los Angeles abode for something even more grand—the Grand Canyon. The "Blue" singer shared intimate snapshots of their getaway on Instagram, including a stunning selfie, captioned, "ain't it grand! #grandcanyon #tuweep #southrim pretty incredible place for a picnic! 🧺." LeAnn kicked off the Insta slideshow with a beautiful selfie of her and Eddie. And when we say stunning, we mean it! The two could easily pass for full-time models. Following their adorable selfie, the singer shared a photo of the couple standing before a breathtaking view of the Grand Canyon followed by daring shots of her laying near one of the canyon's many cliffside vistas. Fans quickly flooded the comment section of the "Can't Fight the Moonlight" singer's post. "The third and last picture take my breath away. Bucket list for sure," wrote one person. "Wow just gorgeous!! And you guys always make the cutest couple 😍", said another. Others joked about their fear of heights commenting, "Girl that's amazing but I'd freak out so close!! 😂" and "Y'all that looks so awesome. But I'm doing flip-flops in my tummy just seeing that your way up there. I'm so scared of heights. But y'all are having fun and that's all that matters." While we love getting to see LeAnn and Eddie's adventures together, this outdoor vacation came just in time for the singer, who is gearing up to headline the Wild West Music Festival in Maricopa, Arizona, on April 5. Needless to say, we can't wait to see the behind-the-scenes photos from the festival and, hopefully, more content with Eddie in the near future.
